We had New Outlooks put on a small addition and renovate most of the first floor of our home including the kitchen, half bath and laundry. We are very pleased with how the project turned out. They impressed us in several areas. They did a good job organizing the project and keeping us informed. They provided a timeline for activities and tied their payment schedule to defined construction milestones. They assigned a project manager to us that we could always talk to and we had weekly meetings with the Owner, sales/design lead and PM. Their quality was very good. During one of our weekly meetings the owner noticed some trim work not up to his standards (we hadn’t noticed it). He made the crew take it down and redo it. Lastly – we trusted them in our home and around our children. The one area of potential improvement would be in communication with their sub-contractors. They generally did a very good job communicating any impacts/changes to their estimate but there were a couple of instances where their subs communicated changes late which then got to us later then we would have liked. Not a huge issue but definitely the responsibility of New Outlooks to get timely feedback from subs – particularly when there are impacts to the estimates provided.

Paul, Ann, Ben - what a phenomenal group of professionals! It was a real pleasure working with them and seeing their commitment to quality work and client service. Barbara and I were thinking about all the projects youve done for us over the years - three decks, two custom bookcases, two roofs, one French Door, one sliding glass door, basement insulation, the master bath and adjoining master bedroom sink, attic steps, Azek wood around the exterior bay window and main entrance, foyer and hallway molding, custom office, and Im sure there are more! Also, you were always there for us during emergencies - I remember the bad roof leak we had and your correcting it immediately and then removing the wall between the breakfast room and den. New Outlooks Construction did an outstanding job in our home (& at a very reasonable cost), which had several "handyman" smaller jobs needing to be done. In 4-1/2 hours they did a finer, more professional job with IMMACULATE clean-up than previous contractors who had worked in our home in the last 4 years had done over several months apiece. Wed become so accustomed to mediocre work by contractor after contractor that we were absolutely incredulous at the impeccable work by the New Outlooks workers. We really wish wed known about New Outlooks 4 years ago when our house renovation project started. Were certain theyd have completed it in 1/2 the time or less with far higher quality of work. We will certainly call them next year when we do the last bit of renovation - a make-over of our downstairs powder room. We highly recommend this company.

Weve used New Outlooks for both a new Deck, and Basement Remodel. In both instances they were professional, courteous, and provided a high quality product that we continue to receive compliments on day after day. Jon was a pleasure to work with, and was responsive and reasonable when we hit a few bumps or challenges. Prices are on the higher side of competitive, but the finished product and overall responsiveness and professionalism make me feel like our money was well spent. Something, that is unfortunately a rarity in the world of home improvement contractors. We will easily consider New Outlooks for our next project and would recommend you do as well.

We got 3 contractors in to estimate our laundry room addition project, and they were right in line with all the rest. The difference is the size of the business and the fact that many of the carpenters etc..are full time employees, keeping subcontractors at a minimum. We really liked that professionalism, the office itself with ability to choose materials right on site, and the fact that there was a Project Manager to oversee the entire job and all of its phases. There is great comfort knowing this firm is going no where and has the financial security!!!

They do very good work, are honest, stay on schedule, keep you informed about progress and issues, keep your house, pets,and kids safe, and work with you and your budget. I would not use any other construction company.
