I had a garage door installed by Jaydors contractors. They changed the time they were coming 3 times. They hurried through the installation and left. Then the second person that installs the seal and capping arrived with a great big chip on his shoulder. He was rude and worked angrily. When I questioned the first installer about the gap on the sides, he said the next guy does that. The next guy had a fit, Bc the first guy should have left the seal. I called the first guy and he started screaming that he doesnt have time to get back to my house and hell do it whenever he gets around to it, so I just hung on him. I called the store and left a message, then called the sales rep, who returned my call, then the owner called and said they would fix it. The middle hinge was installed and it wasnt level, which caused the door to bump in the middle when lowered. The next set of installers came out the next day, and realigned tbe hinge, and I now have 3 holes where the hinge was initially put that should not be there. The door looks terrible as not o e of the hinges are lined up under each other. So I have a new garage door that looks like a piece of crap. I texted the sales rep 2 times and did not get a response. I am extremely unhappy with this installation. The installers were the most unprofessional workers I have ever encountered.

One star is being kind! This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I contacted this company on the recommendation of my electrician and was woefully disappointed. I scheduled an install for 2 Lift Masters garage door openers and the installer showed up on Fri when I am never home. I call and had them re-scheduled for Monday only to have one of the most arrogant people, Josh essentially tell me that I got it wrong!!!!! They would call me after 0900 and that my calling to find out the window when they would come today at 0820 was inaccurate. Instead of trying to assist me, the customer they would call me after 0900 or I would have to call after 0900. When I complained that he was unhelpful I cancelled the service at which point he said "Thats good" Now that is customer service. Stay away from this company unless you want frustration!!!!!

December 15, 2016 Jaydor’s mechanics and installers went above and beyond with our four garage doors this month. They took a bad situation with ill-fitting doors from the manufacturer and not only made them fit but put in new jams and painted them. As an owner of restaurant chain with over 20 units, I deal with contractors and mill work on a regular basis. They think outside the box and make the customer happy. Great company. The installers were on time, extremely courteous and did a perfect installation. Even programmed the remotes for us. Very nice to have quiet smooth operating doors again. Also Jaydor did a significant repair a few months after install to repair damage done by me and all looks and operates brand new again. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic experience with these guys. We backed our car into the garage door frame. I found them through Google on a Saturday, and a technician was at my house 90 minutes later. The door is as good as new and the cost was quite cheap, given that it was a weekend. I would definitely recommend them - Particularly a guy named James.

They fixed my garage door. The fix worked for almost year and it broke again. I called to have someone come out and they never called back. I called another company and was told they used the wrong sized cable.
