When we purchased our house it had an old concrete in ground pool. Long story short, it was in drastic need of repairs and after some deliberation we decided to replace rather than repair. We chose fiberglass since it was the lowest maintenance option and we are not disappointed. From the very beginning, Jamie was very helpful in offering us different suggestions and possible layouts. He was also the only company we could find that could handle the entire project start to finish. (Demo old pool, remove old fence and stumps, excavate, install new pool, stamped concrete and fence) This made budgeting very helpful, as he was very knowledgeable with all the costs involved. While we were skeptical, he was very confident that our project would be completed in less than three weeks. We signed our contract in late April with a target start date of mid June. It was very important to us have everything completed for my daughters birthday July 1st. They started demo and excavation on June 14th. Even with some rain and minor setbacks, they killed the timeline and we were swimming in the pool two weeks later on June 27th. The qualify of their work from start to finish was superb and we absolutely love the new pool. They were great to work with and wed strongly recommend.

An ABSOLUTE JOY! Hiring Designer Pool Company as to be one of the BEST decisions I have ever made! Trusting them with one of the largest investments ! Priceless! The "owner" oversaw the entire Project! He came out to advise us of the best location, How to best utilize the concrete decking, where we needed a retaining wall and how to best install the fence. The ENTIRE project was planned and priced out before a shovel hit the ground (or a deposit was given). I have a friend who didnt sure Designer Pool Company and OMG the extra cost they incurred was just as much as the original quote for the pool. Its like these guys never did a pool before. Who knew you needed a fence, material removed and an electrician. Thank you Designer Pool Company for the piece of mind that all aspects of our Resort Project were so coordinated, professional and worry free in 2 weeks! Nothing short of Amazing and Gorgeous! A contractor you can actually trust. The only additional cost we incurred was for the extra stamped concrete front walkway we added to our house!

Extremely satisfied with our finished product!....We were able to tell Jamie what we hoped to achieve in regards to look, landscape, and over all functionality, and he was able to get us where we needed to be budget wise.....From the fiberglass pool itself, the beautiful retaining wall and stamped concrete in the patio area, to the beautiful fencing around the yard, we couldnt be happier! Michelle was a pleasure to work with when came to logistics and/or any minor questions or concerns that we had as the project proceeded! Any concerns I had were immediately addressed....One contractor who does all the work that is normally sub-contracted out.... Jamie did the retaining wall, the pool installation, all the concrete work, fencing, and any landscaping, all himself; this is where you can save on costs..... Designer Pool Company did a great job from start to finish. From the very first visit to go over plans and budget to the very last cleaning to ensure the pool was ready to swim! The owner Jamie was there every day ensuring that everything was done perfectly. They actually started our project ahead of schedule which no one will ever complain about!!! : ) The end result is exactly what we talked about and exactly what we pictured. We are thrilled with our new pool and backyard and would recommend Designer Pool company to anyone looking for a pool project to be done correctly!!!!

We went with Designer Pool over other companies in the area and the experience could not have been better. Jamie and the guys were friendly and always willing to explain what they were doing. They handled everything from the permit process to opening our pool. We are already open for 2017 as we had our install in the fall. I would recommend Designer Pools to anyone.
