Ive recently procured a new house on Sept 2013 from RW Buff Inc. Ive now purchased five new houses as of aforementioned RW Buff Inc. house; therefore, Im in a good position to compare due to five new house purchases. Most new houses always have some little issues during the first year, some significant and some only subtle. For example, doors/windows dont close properly, house tends to settle which results in cracked walls, etc. Every one of my new house purchases experienced these maladies.....except for the RW Buff structure. RW Buff has contacted me on occasions as a follow-up courtesy to check out any possible issues which as of this correspondence have been moot. Bottom line, there were NO surprises that I can surface after living in my house for approximately 18 months. As for the aesthetic perspective of the home, Ive received numerous accolades as to the style and configuration of the product, and for those who Ive had over as guest, theyve been emphatic with their compliments of the interior. This will obviously be a factor for re-sale purposes along with the builders reputation. In summary, if youre looking for a regular house to be constructed with little regard for quality and significant emphasis on price only, then this may not be the builder for you. If however, quality is an emphasis and you want to live a maintenance free lifestyle for a long time to come, then RW Buff is a builder for consideration. Ive done my homework prior to purchasing my most recent house and the choice was obvious. So do your homework prior to picking your builder and RW Buff will most likely be your builder too. As a long time resident of Monroe County, Ive had a chance to get an informed opinion about many area builders. When I decided to buy a new home, RW Buff topped a very short list of builders who I knew would deliver a home that exceeded my expectation. Our floor plan makes great use of the square footage and major attention was given to maximizing the energy efficiency. I cant recommend Bob and Joe enough. Great people, Great Homes.

We wanted some alterations done on our PA house. We were concerned as we did not believe that the PA contractors were as good as those in New Jersey where we live. Bob Buff was recommended to us and completed a fairly complicated addition/renovation to our house. We found that he does great work and keep us informed throughout the job.
