They are only getting a 1 star because thats the lowest they have. They dont deserve a star, they should be out of business. Waited 2 days in a row for this package they claim is being delivered guy didnt even come but claim he left a door tag (which he didnt). Now tracker claim its out on delivery but they cant even contact their driver as to why package is not delivered. This is not the first time every time im getting a delivery through fedex (which is what the sender used) its the same issue. I think they are taking people packages and claim could not deliver/ packages get lost

First they said it would get here thursday then it got here friday noon time time when i got off work the box had been damaged then my speakers broken inside box has been taped to cover the damages , now im waiting two weeks now to get it picked up and i have to stay home in order for them to receive it bc i cant take it to them. Horrible experience fed ex is doing horrible with handling merchandise , someone needs to be looking at management someone needs to held responsible for these issues

They take your package even if you let them instructions to leave your package (your belongings), best thing is to call costumer service, thats when its get funny they read you the same stuff you saw online and they cant help, the question is for what is costumer service for? The guy when in and out without ringing the bell or knocking the door (saw it on camara) I understand everyone wants to go home early on holidays (veterans day)!!! Worst service and is not the first time!!!

Fedex sucks. Tried to reschedule a delivery over the phone and was told I can only do it online. Go online and the delivery site is totally busted - cant login as guest (get helpful error message !undefined!), cant register ("system unavailable at this time"), therefore cant reschedule the delivery! How is that supposed to work?? Total fail.

Tracking report from FedEx indicated that there were 3 attempted deliveries to my home. UNTRUE. No one called cell or home phone, no notice ever left, and as no signature was required, package could have been left at door! This is unacceptable for a FedEx partner. Will suggest shipper use UPS or USPS instead.

Did not like service at all. Claimed to leave door notes 3 different days...none recieved! Took day off on Friday to wait for a delivery that never came. Suppose to have supervisor deliver package this Saturday a.m.!

horrible service. i left notes called fed ex to make them aware my door bill did not work to please call none of the drivers ever called, they would just leave the note.
