OH WOW- The most stupid experience at this PACKING AND SHIPPING store EVER! I walked in with my items to ship- purchased a box (FROM THE STORE) and asked to have my items items shipped in the box. I was told by the 2 employees working there that I was not allowed to pack my items in the store- that I needed to leave and go back my items at home and come back (interesting feat since I live in Chicago) I asked them if I could pay to have them stuff "peanuts" in my current box and tape and ship it-- the response was "nope, you have to bring it back fully ready to ship- we do not do that here" (AT THE UPS PACKING AND SHIPPING STORE) Another man at the counter who was taping his boxes closed looked up and asked "Im packing my boxes right here, what is the difference?", and the other employee told him he needed to leave also, and they would not ship his items either. The man got upset and asked them if they really wanted us to both leave, and the young girl working said "if you both do not like the rules, you can leave". So.... we both did- and 5 minutes later I saw him at another UPS store, where the employee there, stuffed and taped our boxes and off they want. I gave this store owner a chance to make this right by calling me or responding to my email- but I guess even he/she does not care if customers are unhappy, and treated poorly- Fair enough- but I want people to know before they go to this PACKING AND SHIPPING store- that they cannot ship- if they do not fully pre-pack-- and why would want to do that at home if you can go to a place that advertises this as THEIR area of expertise????? TOTALLY STUPID!!!!!

Agree with Toni. They claim they have the same prices as UPS and that they are not "marked up" but there was a $7.00 difference from what was quoted online vs. this particular store (for the same dimensions). When I questioned, very nicely I might add, why the difference if they are not supposed to be marked up, she immediately became very defensive and refused to explain the difference. I took my package to the UPS Customer Service Center in Saddle Brook and paid exactly what they quoted me online. Oh yes, just so you know, the girl that "greets" you when you walk in the door has the personality of a wet paper bag. Good luck with these two.

Ive been going to the UPS Store in Montvale for over four years. They are nicest people and provide all the services my company needs. This place provides fast and friendly service. Use them for mailbox, printing and shipping services. Not sure about the other reviewers, but we never had any problems.
