I am basing this review on the very first cleaning from this company. I was told all about the 49 point checklist and how it is done EVERY time the pros do a cleaning. Well, my first cleaning was extremely disappointing. They completely neglected one entire room in my house, and I only have three rooms. They did ok cleaning the bathrooms, but the rest was mediocre. I was told they were supposed to be at my house for four hours....no way was that true. They didnt polish my bedroom furniture, as well as several other things. If had not been for the manager, who was my contact, I would have not had them back. But she stepped in and took care of the situation (I even provided pictures), and arranged for two people to return to redo my entire house. They did a great job, and completed all the things on the 49 point checklist. I will give them another chance, and go from there.

Had service a long time,was happy. New Stove was damaged during a cleaning in January. Corner needs to be painted were all paint was chipped off. Wanted it done by a pro since it is a $2000 dollar stove. They say they are insured. They said they would fix it. All I have gotten is the run around.Be careful, many calls, insurance form, and more calls and I have gotten nowhere! If there is an issue chances are the problem will not be corrected!!

Kim Smith did an amazing job. We are happy with Maid Pro, we have been using them for some time now. I would like to have the same people come out all the time so we can get a professional relationship with them and they know exactly how we like things done. Other then that its a fair price for the services they provide.

Today Kim S cleaned our house and she was awesome. Not only did she do what she always does, (the 49 point checklist) but she also took extra time for extra care of the dogs areas and the other messes that we make in the tough spots. Kudos to Kim S and t Maid Pro.
