HAD TO GIVE A STAR TO POST BUT THEY ARE NOT EVEN WORTHY OF THAT!!! I was very specific with Teresa on what I needed done which was cleaning grease off the kitchen cabinets plus deep cleaning the kitchen and stove/refrigerator. They sent 2 women and my instructions went to deaf ears. They showed up 1/2 hour late one went directly to cleaning bathrooms instead of kitchen. The stove, refrigerator were not even touched. When I called to complain Teresa said why werent they stopped and directed. I told her I was not home and my instructions were told to her which obviously shes not good at giving. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE!!!! AND A LIAR. I Just read the reply from customer. Such a shame that you would reply in such manner. Teresa knows well our conversations and how unhappy I was with the service. I never requested an extra hour because the kitchen was the only concern and she assured me that 3 hours was enough and if they had time they would clean the bathrooms. THEY BOTH DID NOT TACKLE THE KITCHEN LEFT IT HALF ASS DIRTY. THIS HAS BEEN MY 1st Google review because I could not just say nothing and let other people fall in the trap.

Cleaning was decent but pricing was not consistent with discussion prior to appt. Asked for size of house and # of rooms,, bathrooms etc. My house is 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and 2,600 sq. ft. In the end they charged nearly double what they quoted. Quoted $160 for deep cleaning for 2 ladies for 3 hours. Came late with 3 ladies and said now it is only 2 hours because of an extra person, spent all their time on the first floor and then said if I want the upstairs cleaned it will be another 2 hours with the 3 women, so another $160. I objected and told them to finish quickly, they did 1.5 hours and I was charged $287. Also, only one on the team speaks understands English. I have had House Cleaners for 25 years. What they clean they do fairly well, but they do not polish wood furniture. Also, you get different pricing from Teresa and Hortensia. Spoke with Hortensia about the $287 , she said that shouldnt happened and will check into it. A week later, no response, left text message but no response. Very disappointed. They also advertise 30-Day Refund Guarantee, but obviously that is not the case.

One of the three came late but wouldnt stay late to compensate, nor would they offer a decrease in fee. When making the appointment I said I had a dog, they said it was no problem. When they were upstairs I kept the dog downstairs, and vice versa, or the dog was by my side on leash. The young woman refused to clean. I told you I had a dog, so send someone not afraid of dogs or someone who could work through their fear. She was ridiculous, like dealing with an emotionally disturbed person. They didnt dust, clean the fridge, or do the windows as they said they would. Repeated calls to attempt a mutually satisfactory conclusion were not returned and I was hung up on (I was extremely calm and polite when speaking with them at all times so did not warrant that treatment).

We hired the company for a move in cleaning. They cleaned well superficially but left most of the grime on the cooking range, dishwasher etc. We had very clearly specified that we wanted the appliances cleaned. Very disappointed. We even sent them pictures of all the grease and grime left behind. After that, they just wont return our call. All this after my husband tipped them for what we thought was a fairly decent job till we looked properly and noticed that everything was still dirty. Will not hire them again. I understand that people make mistakes but to not answer the phone is absolutely ridiculous! We had to hire another cleaning company for a move in cleaning after Hortensia crew left!

Crew got to my house and IMMEDIATELY GOT TO WORK! I have a dog & 2 cats and there were multiple pet stains all over my carpet. They shampooed the carpet....the stains are gone and it smells do fresh! Im very happy with my service.
