I was a customer of MaidPro for 3.5 years. Initially, the cleaning was satisfactory (not amazing, but got the basic job done). I often had to review the status of the cleaning before the women left, and point out aspects that had not been completed. There was extreme inconsistency in the person performing the cleaning, despite my schedule of every other week in the morning on the same day. The quality started to slowly deteriorate within the last year, and I had to call because floors were not clean. The agent gave me a discount on the clean 3 x in 6 months. I ended up firing them due to an incident that occurred in early March 2016. During a routine cleaning, they brought a trainee, and spilled bleach on my carpet upstairs. When my nanny confronted the maids, they denied knowledge of the damage. I called the company right away after learning of the incident, filed a report, and told them never to return again and that I was not paying for the cleaning with the incident. When I arrived home that evening, I discovered that some of my jewelry had been moved and placed into a small jewelry box (a string of pearls, pearl earrings, a pearl ring). I have not worn these items in years. I felt violated, and realized quickly that someone was attempting to steal from my jewelry box. I quickly took inventory of items in the house, and realized that nothing was missing. There would have been no basis for a police report. When I called MaidPro the next morning, I learned that they never performed a background check on the trainee whom was in my house. It took a long time for the insurance adjuster to contact me. I had to get an estimate from Home Depot for replacement costs, and they unfortunately discontinued the exact type of carpet. The estimate included a $200 promotion credit, which I am not able to take because it expired. However, I have been in tense negotiations with the insurance company because they are refusing to reimburse the amount plus the $200 for the promotional credit that I was not able use. To add insult to injury, Maidpro charged me for the clean with the sentinel incident. I called Matt, and told him that I would flag the charge as fraudulent with my credit card if they did not credit me. I am disgusted with the whole situation, which has become such a hassle. I expected that their employees would undergo background checks, and that there insurance companies would be of better quality. Their services are not inexpensive, but the quality is cheap. I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau website to formally file a complain with a regulatory agency, but could not find them registered with the BBB. Beware if you use this company. They are not recommended.

I have used MaidPro for almost 2 years, last time, I had a different employee clean my house and a few days later discovered that she had stolen a very expensive piece of jewelry. i havent worn it or taken it out of my jewelry box since I moved in 10 months ago and the only other person in my home was my son (hes 2 and too short to even reach my jewelry box) When I called in to advise the company, the dispatcher I spoke with promised me she would speak with her manager or the owner and someone would call me back, this went on for 4 days, every morning I would call her and every night no one addressed my issue. I was told the cleaner said she didnt take my ring (she mentioned maybe I left it on the counter - Again I HAVE NOT WORN IT IN YEARS) I was told unless the police can prove it was this cleaner, they would not do anything for me. Again, no call or contact from anyone above the dispatcher on the phone, no concern for a loyal client....I am disgusted. The police are not much help since I dont have a nanny cam or any other recording of her taking the jewelry. It is disgraceful that a company would claim to hire and employ trust-worthy people and when they dont, they refuse to take responsibility. So sad....I would only hire this service if you want the run around.

Been using their services for 4 months now, and I have to say Im very impressed. The first time they came by, the cleaner didnt do a very good job of vaccuming my apartment. However, when THEY called to check up on my service, they sent someone in the next day and took care of the carpet, without any extra charge or hassle. From then on, the cleaners have done a fantastic job, especially with their most recent clean. Very good value for the money, and Im continuing to use them.

Really Horrible I am landlord and I doesnt stay home that often. They charged me for month where no-one showed up and next month they charged me locked out fees even though door was open and tenant were home. ALso never received call but just charged us. Also customer service doesnt care about customer and business.. I just cancelled it and will go with someone who is professional.

I have only been using MaidPro for a few months, but so far so good. The cleaning isnt always perfect, but the company is VERY good at addressing any comments I have or suggestions about things to concentrate on the next time. And this last cleaning was pretty perfect as far as I can tell. And I know I never leave them an easy job!

So far we have used MaidPro twice and have been extremely happy with the results. Alma and Letty do a superb job and both times asked me to look over the house before they left, to make sure everything was cleaned to my liking. Too bad I cant bring them with me when I move to CA. I highly recommend MaidPro.

Ive been a MaidPro customer for several years and have been thrilled with the service. Each cleaning they find something extra to do, like laundry, cleaning the garage, dishes, etc. I am always pleasantly surprised when I come home after a cleaning day. I highly recommend MaidPro to everyone.

this service is amazing... you cannot beat the price and the service better than any other I have tried. they do not leave out the smallest detail... Even the inside of my toaster oven was cleaned.... I would recommend this company to anyone.... enjoy your clean house.
