My family just had the worst experience with The Maids. My mom was moving into a condo. She hired The Maids to clean before she moved in. No one is living in the condo yet. The Maids turned on the electric fireplace, and it burned all night until the next afternoon when someone entered the condo. In addition, my mom requested cleaning service for an hour. The Maids went to leave after 45 minutes, claiming that they started their "hour" time once they pulled in the driveway. The worst part of the entire experience was when my mom called to explain how upset she was that the fire had been left on, the supervisor hung up on her. There are plenty of other cleaning services out there. I would never use The Maids again. I feel I gave "one" star too many.

We love The Maids! My daughter gave us 6 months of your service about 5 years ago. When that time ran out, we continued with The Maids. We were (and are) super pleased with the professionalism and thoroughness of your cleaning crews. Every person that is associated with The Maids is cheerful, smiling, and hard-working. Todays crew (Yvette, Yasmine, Virginia, and Vivian) are delightful and a pleasure to have in our home. They have an amazing eye to detail - and are very quick as well. We are very happy to have a great relationship with The Maids!

The Maids are fantastic. I have used them for almost eight years in two different homes. They show up when scheduled, get right to work, finish within an hour (bigger houses take a bit longer) and always make sure you are happy with their work. When I moved, I had them clean the new house before I moved in, and the old house after I moved out. Both were spotless -- including inside the refrigerators, ovens and cabinets. The team members are personable and friendly. And my three year old granddaughter loves them.

The crew has been cleaning our home for about two months and I cant thank them enough for the quality work. We come home to a clean, uncluttered, dust-free environment that doesnt smell like 5,000 chemicals. My only critique would be that the vacuums they use could be stronger on our low-pile rugs. We have three pets and if you arent using a strong brush vacuum, a hazy layer of hair is left on top. Ive started leaving our Dyson out for them to use and this seems to help the LR and DR rugs.

The Maids, lead by team leader, Beatriz came to clean my house yesterday, in East Brunswick for my first time. I have never seen my house so clean, especially the bathrooms and windows. I cant compliment the team enough for the thorough job they did, with great professionalism. I am now going to schedule the maids on a monthly basis, and hopefully I can get the same team. We have been using The maids for 7 years and I would not use any other cleaning service. The fact that the team consists of 4-5 people means our large home gets cleaned in under an hour- and they do a great job. If something is accidentally overlooked or we have a special request, The Maids always accommodates us. And everyone is very friendly.

Weve used The Maids for several years and have been very satisfied with their work. They are always prompt (within the time window given the previous day) and courteous. The teams are super quick but very thorough. Any issues are remedied on the spot. Special requests and additional areas for off-cycle cleaning are easily accommodated.

i have wrost experience with this service.6 people comes,u can not watch everyone.when i call them,they were disrespectful.dusting was bad.some areas vacum was not done.i have pictures i will try later to post it.very disappointed.it was soppose to be deep 4 hour cleaning.the spend 2 hours.charges was $600.

Satisfied with the work the team does. They are in and out of the house quickly. Customer service is helpful when I call to make special requests. One of the challenges is that because it is not always the same people, they do not "learn" the home the way someone else might.
