These people are snake oil salesmen. Ines comes to your home selling you this wonderful professional service that is very expensive but she makes it sound worth it. She quotes you on what your house will cost and tells you that it will be deep cleaned the first time. That the staff lifts and moves everything to clean and are bonded and insured. All the while she is not telling you the "deep clean" is $35 and hour per girl, mandatory the first time they come and not the price quoted. One of the girls spoke a little english. Two others spoke none. If someone is hear long enough to be naturalized, I would think they would speak english pretty well. By the way, to "bond" an employee, they must go through an extensive background check, something that cannot be done on illegal or visa immigrants. The one girl that spoke english I assumed was born here and was RUDE! She was extremely lazy and kept yelling and complaining about everything in spanish, not knowing both myself and my sitter speak spanish pretty well. She scared my Autistic son so bad he came crying to me and clinging to me like he saw a ghost. She placed my cast iron grates from the stove on the stainless steel and scratched the top of my brand new stove even though I asked her not to and took the time to explain what would happen. If this company is so experienced, why does she not know how to clean a stainless steal stove top? When I saw the damage, I asked her why she did it and of course she denied it and was very aggressive with me. There must be a little stove-scratching fairy that is running around town. I did not know what to do. She was 400 + pounds! Then she complained about having to move a stack of papers off the counter so I moved them onto the stool. Then she complained to me she had to move them off the stool to clean that so I moved them again. She complained about walking up my driveway. She complained my infant was napping. They all complained we were home as if I would just let these strangers in my house without meeting them. She complained she had to move the dish rack to clean that part of the counter. She was NASTY!!! When I brought this up to Ines, she completely ignored what I said and moved away from the topic. They dented the wall in my laundry room and dented the wood floor in our brand new house. The cleaning was no better than any other first time cleaning I have had and literally 3 times more. They lied and said they were here 1 1/2 hours longer than they were and sent me a $422 bill to my credit card. Not the $195 that I was quoted. I stopped payment and contacted the company that makes my oven. When they replace the top of the oven they trashed I will pay them what ever I owe, if they dont owe me. STAY AWAY!

Having a large family with 3 boys and pets, it was essential that the company I hire be detailed and thorough. The fact that they use eco friendly products was icing on the cake. What originally drew my attention to Total home cleaning were the reviews that they have on service magic. What I have found is that the ladies and young men that work for total home cleaning are very hard working individuals. The first time they came to my home they did a complete transformation. They cleaned areas that we had completely overlooked. We have an older home with solid wood floors and I have to say that they have never looked better. I look forward to the days when total home cleaning comes and makes our home sparkle. I would recommend total home cleaning to anyone in need of a good quality cleaning.

We have been providing a small service for Total Home Cleaning for a few years now and during this time I have been able to establish a relationship with Ines and her office staff. I have also been in a few of her customers homes. I am writing this review for anyone who is looking for someone to clean their home or change to a new company. This company is top notch. From the initial phone call, to scheduling, and the great personnel they send to your home I can 100% vouch this company is worth it. This isnt a chain who will be in and out of your home, this is a local business and these are the type of businesses that communities support, because they care about you.

I have been a satisfied Total Home Cleaning customer for at least 5 years. At first, Nancy and her team were assigned to me and they were fantastic, but due to a scheduling change on my part, Lidia and her team came to me, and they are equally wonderful. They do a very thorough job and leave the house feeling clean and fresh. I have a large dog, and I could never keep up with the dog hair and dander without their help. The team members and office staff are extremely pleasant to deal with. I feel very lucky to have found Total Home Cleaning!

Best cleaning service ever! Our house has never been so clean. They were completely through and even put sheets on the beds we had not made yet. They moved everything and cleaned under everything. It was the best experience. My wife is allergic to heavy smells and they did not use any aggressive chemicals I would recommend to anyone. They even squeezed us in same day.

Decent cleaners and always prompt. Had to call 3 times to tell them to clean the spare bathroom. Had to ask repeatedly for the door mats to be vacuumed. Cancelled these cleaners after about 4 months. At twice the price I have paid for other cleaning services, I regret that I hired them to begin with.

The scheduling is easy, the team is courteous, and they do very good work in a short amount of time! Occasionally, the speed means that they "miss a spot" - such as with dusting - but overall they are thorough. I also like the eco-friendly and low chemical intensity aspect.
