We have had very little experience with having anyone come in to do our cleaning. Our only attempt to have this done was unreliable and unsatisfactory. I got a brochure in the mail and decided that maybe now was the time to get some help. We are getting older, but the house is not getting smaller. My husband, who has always been a big help around the house, has some health issues. What used to be routine is now more difficult. We started at every other month, went immediately to once a month, and have decided to go every other week now. We have been very pleased, not only with the cleaning process itself, but with the care given to our possessions. The staff are professional, courteous, and efficient. Little things that we have never done on a regular basis are now being done and done well. I cant believe we have waited so long. The Cleaning Authority has been a great move for us...just cant believe it took so long to do this.

The beginning was great. Jeff came and gave us an estimate that sounded fair. The first two cleans would be additional because of the great care and detail spent. The first clean: hair left on bathroom floor. Loose dirt and spots on kitchen floor. Second clean: hair in shower and bathroom floor. Sheets not changed in guest room. Duvet stuffed inside the cover, not properly made. Kitchen floor still had loose dirt, spots all over and was sticky in a few places. A huge dust bunny still in living room floor in plain sight. I also overheard the crew talking about "time up". They were there no more than 75 minutes. For the extra $$, extra details were not attended to. I emailed the company with my concerns and stating that I wanted to cancel my service. No reply -- but at least they didnt come back! I just think if Im paying that much money for someone to clean my house, it should be clean.

We decided to sign up for a cleaning service so we could enjoy our weekends as we are a busy family with two full-time working parents, and who wants to spend their weekends cleaning? The Cleaning Authority is reasonably priced and the service is fantastic. I love coming home to a clean house! My initial consultation with Jeff was a breeze and he answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns, and Kristine in the office is wonderful. I called her before our second clean concerned because we had a change in our schedules that was going to have us home during our scheduled clean. She worked with me to reschedule our team to come earlier than normal so we wouldnt be in each others way. We are thrilled with the service so far, and the rotation system is working great for us.

This wonderful Company was a life Saver! So tired of people that claim to clean charging way to much and I have to clean after they clean. Glad to find a trustworthy Company that do an excellent job and are pleasant to have around. No more gossip and wasting time. They come in and do there job and thats it. I dont have to entertain them and listen to their gossip. An excellent experience and the owners are accommodating, when things come up and I have to rearrange my time or day. Life is full of twists and turns and they have no problem helping you out. Very pleased with the work they do and the workers are pleasant and enjoy their work. I just started with The cleaning Authority/Hammonton and am really happy. Starting with Jeff, who visited my home initially and Christine the account support person the level of friendliness and professionalism is beyond reproach. The technicians Susan and Cindy leave my house clean and return everything to its place. I just love coming home and my house is clean. This leaves me time to do all the other projects in the house and the motivation to do them. Thank you Cleaning Authority for giving me this part of my busy life back. I highly recommend this to everyone, especially if you think you dont need it.

The crew of two show up on time. Get right to work and move on to their next stop. They alternate every other visit doing either the dry areas like living room or bedrooms or they do the wet areas, Kitchen and bathrooms. But even though they pay more attention to the special area of a given visit. They also clean the rest of the home too. I have been a customer for a year now and have no complaints. They even call the day before in case I have forgotten their day. And they call the due day to let me know exactly what time they will arrive. I love the service and plan to continue.

I used another local service for 2 or 3 years. I was satisfied with the job they did, but always felt that they were over charging me. When they sent me a letter saying they were raising their price even more, I gave up on them. A few months later I came across The Cleaning Authority, and I wish I had found them in the first place. Ive had three (once a month) cleanings from them so far and Im more than pleased with their service. It is very thorough. Im getting more done at a 30% discount compared to what I was previously paying.

I dealt with Jeff, who signed me up, and he was wonderful to deal with then and still is. My cleaning people are very reliable; I can always count on them being at my house on their scheduled day at their scheduled time. They also have made it clear that if something isnt right to let them know so they can make it right. I would definitely recommend them based on customer service, reliability, good cleaning, and price!

They dont folllow instructions. They dont call. They dont know what is going on and they do not seem to have it together. For the price as far as cleaning goes I can hire someone off the street to wipe down my cabinets and "mop" floors for 20 bucks rather than pay them over $100 to do so.
