The quality of the cleaning is questionable. They also make frequent billing mistakes and/or dont return money for cancelled cleanings. I would stay away from them. Not a good company to deal with. If anyone out there is looking for a business idea, please do create competition for these guys. There is a lot of need for what they offer but because there are not that many businesses like this currently on the market. These guys are getting away with shady practices and terrible quality of service.

BAD COMPANY......If I can give no Stars, I would. I worked for this company and they do nothing but exploit the workers. We get half of what the clients pay and still have to purchase our own supplies,pay our own taxes, and pay to get to these jobs. They charge the professionals random fees for no reason at all and when you try to dispute fees there is no one to talk to to but an email which is not very helpful either because its not a real person on the other end.

Handy cleaning "professional" cancelled cleaning at last minute. Still got charged a portion of the cleaning fee. Terrible customer service (response to complaint was a generic email template with a link to their FAQs). After sending several emails and getting no response to my specific issue, I eventually gave up. I wouldnt recommend using this company.

Horrible Horrible Horrible ... the cleaning professionals I had were at best fair. However, there is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. No phone number to reach anyone. Email support system is slow in responding and all I received was a cookie cutter response. Nothing addressing the issue or offering any further contact. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Was cancelled on with 30 minutes notice after planning a day around a cleaning. Tried to cancel future services, but still charged. Terrible customer service with no professionalism or respect for customers.

They steal your money and the maids are unprofessional- support your local community and hire a maid you can trust! Also handy maids are exploited and get paid about half of what youre paying handy!
