Was looking for a cleaning service in Bergen county to establish a relationship with, so I reached out to Molly Maids. It was a move in service and I needed a thourough cleaning of my new apartment. The woman assured me they would call 30 mins prior to arrival (since the old tenant was moving out I wanted to make sure everything was clear) which they did not because the window was 2 PM to 5PM. When I got there 20 mins after they were there the women had started, they appeared to be busy and it took them less than an hour. The women were unpleasant albeit rude and the job they did was horrible. I had to go back through and wash base boards, dust and thoroughly rewash the tub and toilet. I really wanted to like the service and a few people in the neighborhood asked about them since they saw the car pull up. The kicker was when I called back the manager rudely told me that this was the best they could do and they would not return. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Good evening...today was my initial cleaning and have never used your services before...I just got home after a long 15 hours of work and I am extremely content with what I see...I wanted to take a minute and thank the ladies who worked so hard and to truly appologize for my dirty home which I have not attended to in about a month due to the fact that I have been working an entire month with perhaps 1 or 2 days to rest and working a minimum of 12 hours a day I have had NO time to do anything...THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

I had a VERY bad experience. I would not recommend this place AT ALL. The cleaners were not skilled and literally drag their feet to ensure that they do not complete the work in order to charge for more time. When i complained, the manager never called me back. I didnt want money back, just wanted competent people to come back to finish the job that was promised.

We began been using Molly Maid around the holidays to clean our house and have since signed up for regular service. Wee were hooked after the first cleaning and bid farewell to our faithful family vacuum. Weve been more than satisfied with the job the maids have done. Additionally, the management has always been pleasant and professional.

I used Molly Maid for the first time yesterday. They did a very efficient and through job. The two maids did a wonderful job. The office staff were very pleasant and just called to see how the cleaning went. I have the owner coming by to give me an estimate for regular service. I would highly recommend this cleaning company.
