Update: Sent us a new maid in less than a week after first incident, free of charge First time using maid pro. Said it would take about 2 and a half hours. Young girls rushed through in an hour. Did not move any furniture, vacuumed around end tables and fans. Did not dust head boards, behind doors, or any lamp shades. After checking up on them midway and asking them to redo the shower they said it was as clean as they could make it. Cobwebs left all along fireplace and in corners. Will tell everyone I know to stay far away from this awful company. This was light housekeeping!! Not an actually cleaning service!!!

Ive had my house cleaned 3 times now. The first time I wasnt pleased because some things werent done. I called right away and they had the person back in about 30 minutes. She finished and I was very satisfied. That would have been enough for me to try again, but Maid Pro gave me a very nice discount for the next cleaning. The last 2 times Ive been very satisfied. I am very impressed with how important customer satisfaction is to them. they are very pleasant to deal with. Jamie has been cleaning and she is very pleasant and I trust her in my home. That is very important to me.

My wife and I had our house cleaned by this company 2 times. The first time was ok and we had them clean all 3 floors. The most recent time we had the house cleaned the person who cleaned didnt do a number of the things they checked off on the list that were supposed to be done. We called to complain but the company was very resistant in fixing the situation. We were also charged the same amount as the first cleaning, even though we had them clean only 2 floors. The most they did was offer a slight discount on our next cleaning. We wont be using them again.

There was a bit of time when the cleanings were not up to par after our usual lady Heidi had to change her schedule, but now they are immaculate once again!!! I love coming home after a cleaning because the house is absolutely spotless. I believe it is Kim who now cleans our home and she puts her heart into it. I recommend MaidPro to anyone who has animals, kids, or just a busy schedule where they cannot find time to pick up the home.

Thought I was hiring professional cleaners but what I got was light housekeeping. Cobwebs in corners, didnt clean behind doors or any furniture. Mopped around area rugs and door mats. The Maid pro checklist is a joke: Did not clean: fans, window sills, head boards, lamps, lampshades, chairs, coffee table, furniture, rugs. The list goes on...
