Would give zero stars if I could. We hired them for a "move-in" cleaning. We were out of state, so we couldnt inspect the job they did immediately, but a day or so later, it looked as if no cleaning had been done at all. There was dust and dirt that could be wiped off of many surfaces including the cabinets, floors, window sills, closet shelves. Im not sure the cleaning crew did anything while they were in our house. When we complained, we were told that they dont give refunds but they would come back out to rectify the situation. At that point, they became very difficult to schedule with. Ultimately we were able to recoup 50% of the money we paid them. I would strongly suggest no one use them.

I scheduled Molly Maid to as a housewarming gift for my in-laws who moved to Staten Island recently. Since theyre older and cant do a thorough cleaning I thought this was a perfect gift. Molly made came earlier than scheduled and finished the entire home within an hour and half. Three floors, three bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, sun porch, dinning, and finished bathroom. Of course theyre were empty rooms so the cleaning was mostly floors, surfaces, windows, and tiles. Great job overall! Fair price. Would highly recommend and plan on using them myself in the future.

Stove was left dirty, whole top dinner table dirty, blinds that I specifically requested to be cleaned, also dirty(they cleaned 2 sets of blinds and left the other). Stairs, dirty. Pretty much I payed $200 for them to vacuum and clean the floors. I dont know if it was the cleaners, but for the money I was very dissatisfied. They did offer to come and re-clean I will admit that, which I refused because that is just ridiculous. Its a one time job. I understand if you forget to clean one thing, but so many things. e/ I previously had a $15/hour cleaner who did a better job.

I was expecting after paying close to 300$ that my fridge/freezer should be clean. Also worth mentioning that due to company policy they wont scrub any dirt off the floor and if something needs to be moved in order to clean they wont do that either.
