I had my mothers house cleaned for her birthday and WOW! What an amazing job these ladies did!!! This was my first time ever hiring a professional house cleaner and I couldnt be happier. Barbara was so nice and pleasant to deal with. She gave my an accurate quote over the phone (no need to schedule a time for someone to come out and give an estimate, then come back to do the cleaning), something no other cleaning service I called was able to do, and she fit me in the same week! The two ladies that came to do the cleaning were professional and courteous. And the cleaning...well I cant say enough good things. Of course they vacuumed and cleaned all the floors and washed down all the surfaces in the house, but the dusting job they did was really outstanding. They got everything, even the places up high were you normally wouldnt see...the top of all the light fixtures...everything! I told them how the cleaning was a birthday present for my mom and they seemed like the really cared! The definitely put in the extra effort. If you need your house cleaned, stop calling around and just go with this company. You cant beat it. Oh, I almost forgot the price! Merry-Maids came out and gave me an estimate of $462. Seriously!!! Mom was about to get a nice bouquet of flowers instead. But good thing I called around...because guess what Summer Wind charged me...$160! Three hundred dollars less!! And that included an hour more cleaning time than merry maids was going to do! I WILL be using this company again. And definitely will recomend them to my friends.

The owner just hung up on my mother after she called for a refund. 5 people came to clean a small beach house with 3 bedrooms and 1 tiny bathroom. They were there for 30 mins and didnt clean, built up dust was on the fans, dirt was on the floor they "mopped", they didnt move anything to "clean." My mother didnt see this last review on google stating a similar experience. She paid in good faith because they mopped the floors and said stay off them. She didnt go back into the house they left to find a terrible cleaning job. The last "good" reviews on here are from 2-3 years ago. The last review is accurate that the owner is not professional and terrible customer service. This company essentially scammed my mother because little to no cleaning took place as advertised for the $180 she paid. We will up date if the owner calls back to rectify the situation after hanging up abruptly.

Very bad cleaning and very unprofessional - no sense of customer service! I found this company online and was looking for a cleaning post sandy renovations. My email about what I wanted to be done was very specific - and the job was done super poorly. Plus the hours they spent were more than estimated with only part of the work done. I kept trying to find a time to resolve the situation with barbara - but she never was available when I could get there and then stopped answering my emails. They cost me almost 300 USD and they were not good and not professional - save your money and find a better option!

$120 to clean 2 BR beach house-they were here about 25 mins and missed too much also sheets on sideways of the 1 bed they needed to change. I called twice to complain but never received a call back would NEVER have hired them if I knew they would be so brief even though there were 4 of them-there was no way 25 minutes was enough.
