I love this gym. I was not a "class" person before. But, now I am. The post below about poor customer service cannot be more off. I have been going to this gym 5 days a week for the last 3 years. The staff and instructors are perfect. They are not intrusive nor stand offish. The instructors are great.The equipment is always working and clean. Bathroom is clean. And there is always a cleaning person on duty. Parking is easy. Tracy and Mary Ellen are great. And I love the group of senior citizens that work out there. And contrary what others may say. I never see anyone decked out in jewelry and tons of make-up when they work out.

Best staff of any gym in South Jersey. Personal training by Sue has been great! I am in better condition than I have ever been in the last 10 years and I enjoy the workouts.

The staff at the fitness center is terrible - they need a course in basic customer service. And, if you have kids, dont expect a welcoming environment

I normally come here for squash, and the courts are usually always open. Its really convenient and fun. I would highly recommend this gym.

Great gym. Very clean and machinery is kept in good condition. Run very well here. Very friendly staff. Very nice locker rooms as well.

Unless you want to be treated like an idiot and be charged outrageous rates, DO NOT GO TO GREATE BAY. It should be renamed "Filthy Bay."
