I was really excited to try out pole dancing for the first time. Their website advertised that the first class was FREE. A friend suggested that a group of us try the class out together. I was the first to arrive. The studio is located on the second floor and down a hall of a strip of stores. When I reached the door and opened it, it was very dark. There was a group of girls sitting in front of the door. It was really very sketchy. They directed me to complete a waiver and one of the girls says that the total is $18+. So I asked her isnt the class supposed to be free since its my first time. She then stated that since I was meeting up with a group of more than 3 that we would be charged the regular member rate. I do not understand the difference because it would have been all of the attendees first time. Why does it matter if we know each other or not. It is really bad business on their part because the website did not state this stipulation. They lost potential customers because even though only four of us planned to attend the class, our entire group consists of 700+ members. We usually try things out in smaller groups and once we enjoy ourselves we usually schedule events at the same venue again. Unfortunately, now we cannot go back to our group and give a great review because of their terrible customer service. She really could not provide a valid explanation as to why there was a charge for attending a class that was advertised as FREE! Because you planned to attend with other people. Went to spend my 18+ on the Thai restaurant next door (Pan Asia)

I had the most wonderful time. I had to stop because of my job but, I am going to rejoin. The instructors are terrific and the classes are really fun. Im coming back!!!

My wife loves this place, great, patient instructors. The customer service is A-1. Well worth the money. Highly recommended.
