I recently brought Joy Cleaners a 10 day old light trench coat that costs $198.50 for cleaning. When I went to pick up the coat they told me that they wanted to keep it a couple of extra days because there was a stain. Upon reviewing the jacket, I realized there was not A stain there were multiple stains that were not there before and according to them it was "my fault" because I rushed them (might I add they have a sign that says same day service). I allowed them to keep the coat an extra day after speaking to the owner and requesting that I be compensated should the stains not be removed. The next day I went to check the status of the stains and was told that not only could they not remove the stains but would not compensate me. In their words "too bad, take me to small claims court." Besides this, my clothes are almost never ready on the time diplayed on the receipt.

i too took shirts to this cleaners. Upon inspection at home I relaized that the shirts we not cleaned. It seem they pressed the shirts with out cleaning them firts. I really could not understand why a cleaners will do some thing like that. Dont they them selves inspect the clothing before returning it to their customers

Been coming here for years!! Love Joy Cleaners!!!! They put a lot of effort into their work and do their best for the customer. My suits, my daughters dresses, including their prom dresses, were all taken care of flawlessly and I couldnt be more satisfied. They are friendly and care a lot about doing good work.

This place changes its counter staff every 2-3 years it seems like, even though the cleaning staff seems to stay the same. They do a good job (dry) cleaning my shirts and pants, they can be on the expensive side for certain items. Small alterations are done quite well.
