Unifirst, I cant say enough great things about them. First of all let me start with my driver Ryan Harkins, boy is he the greatest! He is one of the nicest drivers I have ever came in contact with. He comes in and makes time for me by not just running in to get the uniforms. Even though he has other stops. I never feel like hes interrupting me. He always bring me nice free gifts. I love gifts! Ryan always allow me to know the new products that his company has available to see if my company would be interested in trying any new products. He makes sure he tells me whats out there that I can purchase not just for the company, but also for myself. I like that Unifirst has very nice clothing for different weather conditions. Ryan has on nice company uniform pieces himself that I become interested in purchasing personally for myself. His personality is jovial, and wonderful!! Hes a hard worker! Hes always smiling when he comes in! Hes always making sure that I dont need anything else for my staff. Oh, and he makes sure my guys uniforms comes back in a timely fashion. He has never made a mistake with my guys uniforms. I do like Unifirst! They invoices I love. Because Unfirst make it so easy to pay. If an invoice is skipped Ryan makes sure you know about it. Unifirst is very much in tuned with there customers. Its great that Unifirst care. I like the fact that peridocally they send out an evaluation of how their drivers are doing, and I fill Ryans form out all the time. With a 5 star rating of coarse! I dont know how Ryan does it, but I have never seen him have a bad day. Please dont ever get rid of Ryan because hes such a great worker! Hes a dedicated, dependable, caring, people oriented, cheerful, hard worker, and just a great person!! Thank you Ryan for your services rendered here at Stevenson Terrace! Also thank you Unifirst for sending such a great, phenomenal worker my way!

WE (MW TRAILER REPAIR) HAVE BEEN WITH UNIFIRST OVER TWO GENERATIONS, SINCE 1979. OVER THE YEARS WE HAVE EXPERIENCED UPS AND DOWNS WITH OUR SERVICE, BUT THE NET SUM HAS BEEN EXTREMELY POSITIVE. MY MEMORY ONLY TAKES ME BACK AS FAR AS THE MID 1980S, BUT OUR ROUTE MANAGER BACK THEN -TOMMY, TREATED EACH OF OUR MECHANICS AS AN INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMER AND ATTENDED TO THEIR WEEKLY NEEDS AND REQUESTS -MOST IMPORTANTLY, WITHOUT MY INVOLVEMENT. NOW, NEARING THE END OF 2016, OUR ROUTE MANAGER, MARC BRIGARTI, (ROUTE #073) HAS BEEN KEEPING MY MECHANICS LOOKING SHARP AND COMPLAINT FREE. AS A BUSINESS OWNER, UNIFORMS ARE A NECESSARY AND APPRECIATED BENEFIT TO OUR EMPLOYEES, BUT THE LAST THING I WANT IS A BENEFIT THAT I HAVE TO MANAGE, BEYOND TAKING CARE OF PAYMENT. Weve been using UniFirst at our auto repair shop for a few years now and have been extremely satisfied with the service provided. Ryan is our rep and he is pleasant, courteous and does his job swiftly with no disruption to the business. Hes suggested several products, given samples and even designed sweatshirts for our business. We are a small business and UniFirst provides our uniforms, floor mats, towels, rags, air fresheners, etc. Its nice to have a service replace all the floor mats as well as pick up, wash, press and hang our uniforms each week. The rates are extremely reasonable, uniforms are good quality and the service we receive has far exceeded my expectations. Will continue using this company for all of our uniform and supply needs.

Family Foods has used Unifirst for our uniform needs for 24 years!! That alone is a testimonial to the type of company Unifirst is. They are dependable on their delivery times, garments are a good quality, pricing is extremely competitive and this is an organization who still believes in providing a personal touch!! You are not just a number to Unifirst. This is a practice from management to service!! If you should ever encounter a problem, all you need to do is pick up the phone & your issue will be resolved. Our current route representative is Marc Briganti. Marc is courteious & professional. Nothing is to much trouble for him. I highly recommend this organization for your uniform needs. You will not be disappointed!!

I work for a fairly large asphalt company in south Jersey and we have been using Unifirst as our uniform provider at several plants for quite a few years. Overall, they are a good company to work with. Occasionally, there are issues with a uniform missing, but one e-mail and it is fixed. we have had discrepancies with delivery dates around the holiday season and a Unifirst employee will make a special trip to pick up dirty uniforms due to the "miscommunication". I would recommend them to other companies. Tim Wright has been the delivery driver for us for quite some time and he is easy to work, not a pushy salesman, but always there to let you know what they can do for you and always there to help with any issues.

Thirty plus years in the automotive business we have been through many uniform companies, most try to cut corners and the reps are generally miserable, then came Paris with Unifirst! Paris Waters is our Unifirst Rep, He alway comes in here with a smile and engages in positive conversation, when an occasional issue (very rarely) comes up, he is quick to jump on it and resolve, then follow up. He is committed to make it right for the customer, in todays world that kind of customer service means everything, I only wish we had more vendors with his demeanor and personality .
