I recently moved to the area, and needed a new cleaner. I have been getting shirts done by cleaners for years, so I know what to expect and what is reasonable. Shirts were approx $1.95, with the sixth one free. The sixth one free part puts you on an odd drop off and pick up schedule if you are only one person and are on a 5-day work week, and is no doubt done on purpose. I dropped off about 10 shirts and they were ready on time and all shirts were neatly packaged and returned. The staff was friendly. All seemed well. When I got the shirts home, they were wrinkled and had press marks all over them. The sleeves were particularly poor - especially right around the cuffs. The cuffs were wrinkled to the point that they appeared not have been pressed at all. There was a distinctive press mark below the bottom button on all the shirts--maybe this is their signature mark, who knows. There were press marks across the backs of the shirts. I cannot wear many of the shirts cleaned to work—they are just too wrinkled. I’ll be trying some other cleaners in the Morristown vicinity. I won’t be back to Flair.

Like the previous reviewer, I too just moved to the area, and am searching for a laundry solution since there is no washer/dryer in my apartment unit. I dropped off 3 pairs of khaki pants, asked for them to be lightly starched, hung dry, and creased. I just picked them up, and they were obviously dryed (not hung dry), the creases are not even close to being lined up, and they are so wrinkly that I am going to have to re-press them mself with my Rowenta steam iron. I wont be back.

I have consistently received wonderful service at Flair Cleaners. My clothes are always beautifully cleaned - tuxedo, suits, shirts, pants, ties, etc. Not only do they do wonderful cleaning, but what I find more impressive is the personal nature to the business. Im always greeted by name and have a pleasant conversation with the staff. I wouldnt go anywhere else!
