This is the worst place to go.They steal your money. there dryers are broken when you dry on low heat nothing was drying and I had to take my wet clothes to the Morris plains laundry mat much better location dried on low heat the first time! The parsippany location staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional even the owner I believe he was taking the money from the machines was not very polite looked he was annoyed with everyone even though I saw no one bothering him, the location was dirty also no one bothered to get a broom and sweep up or remove garbage from the top of machines that just sat there, I would give this location 0 stars if I could thats how bad it was and I for sure will never go back I would rather drive 15 or so minutes out of my way to go to a much better location

I went to this laundry shop then i go straight to the coin dispenser, suddenly the old hispanic woman stop me from dispensing she said its only for customer. I have my bag full of dirty clothes abd she doesnt even think that i am a customer. ( no brainer). I said to her i am a customer look i have my dirty clothes with me, she still doubt about me for whatever reason maybe shes a racist because i am the only one stop by her. So i ask her if she want me to leave and without any thought she said yes. The managenent need to fiire this stupid okd lady.

Not sure about the other reviews-this place is roomy, bright and a pleasure to be in. While the assistants are old, they certainly are knowledgeable and helpful-Ive never had a problem. There are always machines available and they are surprisingly clean.

Came here Tusday night 9P.M. the place was clean and comfortable. The machines were clean and my items cane out perfect. Their was a very nice lady working their who was very pleasant. She was very helpful and a credit to the business.
