Trust the reviews on here! Dont do business with this place! You seriously are paying for what you get! 99 cent dry cleaning=99 problems! The first time I went to this establishment (if you can even call it that) they gave me someone elses shirts. I was nice enough to return them on my own because they dont belong to me. I went back the next day and got my clothes. I was a little irritated, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. The second time I went back to this establishment, I dropped off 4 shirts and 4 pants. I was told to come back two days from the time I dropped my clothes off. I go back and they only say they have my pants ready, not my shirts. The lady tried looking all over for my shirts and then realizing she couldnt find them, said "maybe theyre not ready yet, come back tomorrow." So I come back tomorrow, they give me three shirts, two of which were mine, one of which wasnt mine, and one of which they say they are still waiting on. I go back into this establishment after realizing this shirt is not mine and Im missing two of my shirts NOW that were 100$ each. They make it seem as if I am lying about my complaints. They do nothing to help me. After arguing with the counter person, she keeps telling me I have to come back tomorrow because she leaves at 7. I thought when you had a customer complaining you are supposed to do everything you possibly can to make the customer happy and TRY at least to solve their problem. I also asked to speak with her manager and she told me "No, Manager cannot be reached." Of Course not! The counter person complained that it would take too long to look for my shirts among all the clothes they had back there, so I volunteered to help. After volunteering to help look for my two missing shirts, she looks at their bundle of receipts and finally realized that my two missing shirts HAVE BEEN GIVEN TO SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!! So basically, they are trying to save their own a**, by telling the customers that there clothes are not ready yet, when in fact they made a mistake and gave your clothes to someone else!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AND I WHOLEHEARTEDLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO EITHER! This establishment is a freaking joke! I seriously dont understand how you guys still have this business! You run it like you have no experience and no understanding of dry cleaning. Seriously! Take your business elsewhere. I can go on and on about this place, but I dont want to waste my time on such a crappy establishment!!! STAY AWAY!!!

What a ripoff. They lost my suit pants and didnt even tell me after one week. The owner Raj is a complete a**. He hung up on me over the phone when I asked him if he cared he lost my pants... and he said "no", and hung up. No money back, no resolution. I would NEVER go here. They are a poorly ran company and it shows. Stay away if you dont like loosing your expensive clothes.... I know some people open up civil lawsuits for issues like this so Im going to look into that.

This is the worst dry cleaners EVER!! DO NOT waste your money. They ruined my husbands brand new suit, ripped it with their machines, in 3 places in the jacket and pants and would not repair it or refund our money!!! The owner was rude and inconsiderate would not own up to their mistakes. How could you run a business like that when it was completely their fault. Take your business else where,THEY DEFINATELY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

Crooks. They ask for payment up front and when you go to pick up your clothes they say you didnt pay for them and demand more money. Do not do business with.
