Gone Fishing

Dont use their wash and fold service. They will lose your things! On June 16th, 2017 I handed off 78 lbs of laundry for wash and fold service. I paid on the spot. I came to pickup the laundry the next day and was told that my Button Downs were not hung, but rather folded. OK. I took the girl on her word and brought the bags home only later to find out that there was not a single button down in the bags they gave me. 78lbs of laundry and I wear button downs frequently. Not a single button down shirt in any of the laundry that was returned to me. I visited the Laundromat to see if my shirts could be located. The employee took my number and said she would be in touch. The following morning, I get a call from them telling me that the girl who did the laundry says it was not hung, but rather folded and that as far as the Laundromat is concerned, they handed it off to me on the 17th. I insisted that I double checked both bags and there was not a single button down in sight. I was told there was nothing they could do. They would call me back... At this point, I have very little hope my shirts will come back to me... I have allot of clothing, but I only wash my favorites: the clothing I actually wear. Now my favorite button downs are gone... My best guess is they gave my shirts to someone else. Clothing I gave them to wash and fold have disappeared and there is seemingly nothing that can be done. I am extremely disappointed. It was at this point I opted to write this review. This Laundromat is very new. Only a couple months old. As far as I am concerned, I will not be using them again and I caution others considering using this place to keep an eye on what you give them and make sure you get it back. If you dont, it will be blamed on you and you will never see any missing clothing again. Very disappointing

Clean! Spacious! Most importantly, it has great machines to wash clothes. Theres a gym next door so you can work out while leaving the clothes to wash and dry. They even have vending machines that accept Apple Pay and credit cards besides cash.

The place is great, but the only thing I would say is bring your own soap because a small bottle of soap is $7.50. The lady there is super friendly.
