I went to this place to have the hem fixed on a dress. I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the work. They should not be offering any type of alteration service if you are not going to hire a proper seamstress. They used a different color thread to repair the hem. The stitching was crooked, loosed and uneven. They were unapologetic and told me I can take it somewhere else because they dont promise manufacturer quality.
