I am no longer going to work with Molly Maid. My first service was great the cleaning professionals were on-time and very good. However my last experience with the company was very negative. I was scheduled for an appointment and no one showed up and when I called the office they reported my appointment was rescheduled of later in the week. The cleaning professionals did not arrive during their scheduled time and I was not notified they would be late. I had to call the office to find out what was wrong. I was assured the cleaners would arrive in 15 minutes and they did not arrive and they did not arrive.

We have been using Molly Maid for several years now, and Ive recommended them to friends. My cleaning team is responsible, thorough, and friendly (sometimes I have been home from work when they arrive). It is a pleasure to come home to a clean home! The office staff communicates efficiently in case of bad winter weather, like weve had this past year! :-} They make every effort to re-schedule the cleaning as quickly as possible and also do so if I need to change my schedule. I can recommend Molly Maid and their teams without hesitation!
