I would never recommend this company to anyone. I used them after an injury that prevented me from being able to clean. Not only was my home not cleaned with all the steps as promised. Something was broken and I was lied to about certain parts of the cleaning being finished. Took three people two hours to clean my home which is all of 1200 sq. ft and they didnt even get to everything when I was quoted an hour and a half on the phone. Then, I was spoken to so rudely and was hung up on by someone in the office who told me I was " nitpicking and should be thankful that I got the cleaning that I got at the price that I got." I was NOT fully refunded and could not believe the disrespect on the phone. I called corporate office three times and left messages, no one returned my call. I will be posting this on all types of social media and will make sure to let anyone and everyone know how horrible this company is.

The first crew of maids were excellent and they came several times with zero issues. This past week we were sent a different crew. They were late so I phoned into the office to reconfirm and the gal who answered the phone was not professional, street language and attitude to the max. Maids arrive and we contracted for 4 maids, one hour every other week. Their price $115. This group monitored by surveillance, stayed 40 minutes and did not clean the floors well, tub minimally and kitchen counters still had crumbs and stains. We had cleaners for 20 years without one problem, very sad they are now too far away. I would not recommend this company

HORRIBLE!!! They did not actually CLEAN anything and the worst part is when I called them to try to rectify the situation, they treated me like garbage. They wouldnt do anything. No refund or anything. If you want a dirty house to feel like you have been taken advantage of, then go ahead and use their services.

I am so pleased with the cleaning service offered by The Maids. They are a great value and do a fantastic job with our house. I recommend The Maids to my friends who are looking for fast, reliable, quality home cleaning services. Now if they would only fold and put away my laundry, Id be thrilled!

Was given 11:30 - 1:30 arrival time. Called at 1:30 - was told 25 min. By 3pm-still not here - I called and told them to foget it. Really dissappointed - seemed nice when I scheduled. Blew my whole day off waiting.
