Have never had to warn anyone online until now. We are pleasant folks who never wish to speak ill of anyone, but you must know that Wonder Woman Cleaning Service is horrible. Dan is very disorganized, unprofessional, and does not understand constructive criticism when he and his team leave a house with no rooms completely cleaned- and 3 rooms untouched- that should have had a deep cleaning. Everything was wiped quickly, nothing was actually scrubbed clean anywhere. We had pre-cleaned, removing clutter, even taking baseboards off ahead of time, yet the excuse was that our house was too filthy. When presented with photos, Dan said (among worse things), "Im tired of your excuses. You are full of them." This after delaying the appt. for 4 days and then rushing out of our house after 1.5hrs. and an incomplete job. Beyond ironic. Had to delay a realtor photo shoot as a result of the delays, and not so much as an apology. Clearly not interested in customer service. We hate to see a small business suffer, but we do not want others to suffer. Wish we had looked at the other bad reviews on here to save us the stress. Please do not make the mistake we did by hiring WWCS.

Was scheduled to clean my house on Saturday, they called that day to say they wouldnt be able to make it, then rescheduled. OK, things happen. We rescheduled to another Saturday, they sent a confirmation the day before they would be there at 10:30am. Around 11 we called to see what the issue was, they said they were still doing another house, and had one more to do before ours and they would be there later in the day. We waited around, and tried calling again around 3pm. They wouldnt pick up. They never showed up to clean the house, or to call to let us know. Now it seems like they wont pick up the phone at all. The worst part is they already had our money because we used a groupon and now we cant get refunded.

Dan and his team are excellent. I have been using their services for the last many many months and I could not be more happy. Extremely professional, responsive and detail oriented. I am very impressed with the quality of their work. They take their time and do a thorough job. I have hired many different cleaning companies, but none of them were this good. You should definitely hire them.

They were pleasant and easy to work with and provided clear and reasonable pricing guidelines for a move-out cleaning of a rental property. The work was great and very thorough. These guys are great. They helped me with a space I was moving into and it was utterly spotless after they were done. Very easy to work with. Good prices. It can be tough to find good cleaning people, but you cant go wrong here. Highly recommend.

By far the most thorough house cleaning I have ever had - and I have owned 7 properties from large homes to one bedroom apartments. They even shined the antique brass handles on my kitchen cabinets. These guys ROCK
