I really wanted to give Welcome Home a better rating, but overall I was disappointed with the service I received. When I first spoke with Steve, he was upfront about needing an initial (and fairly expensive) deep cleaning service before starting regular biweekly cleaning, for which we discussed a specific rate. Steves team did a good job with the deep cleaning; my home looked and smelled great. From that point on, the service began to decline. He changed the rate on me prior to the firs biweekly cleaning because he said the rate I was initially told was if I committed to paying for six cleanings up front (which he didnt mention when we initially spoke). He was very friendly about the fact that I didnt have to pay up front, but that it would cost more on a pay-as-you-go basis. I decided to use them anyway. His crew did a good job with the first cleaning, but I noticed a few places when they left that had been overlooked and were still dusty but didnt say anything to Steve. I paid with a check for the first cleaning, which I learned he doesnt accept (cash or cc only). The second and third cleanings again were OK but definitely not worth the premium price that Steve charges for his service, especially when they dont do certain things that should be standard (like slide a coffee table out of they way to vacuum an entire rug rather than just vacuum around it). On top of that, Steve would hold payment for a week or two and then charge my credit card for multiple payments at once. Not sure if there is a benefit to him in doing this, but it was an aggravation for me. When I told Steve I wouldnt need his services anymore, he didnt seem to care so I guess my business wasnt much of a loss to him. He also told me twice that he would return my house key and that it was in the mail, but then he finally just dropped it off at my house several weeks later. So my review is not just about the cleaning itself but Steves approach to business. Its been awhile since I have been let down this much by a service.

We booked them at the last minute for a one time cleaning prior to our realtor hosting an open house. They were prompt in getting back to us regarding our request, courteous by phone and email, asked the right questions and the price was in line with everything else Id seen online. They came next day, with a team of four, within the projected time frame, even texting early in the day to give an updated arrival time. They worked like a well oiled machine, each of the four cleaners doing their tasks. The house looked and smelled wonderful afterwards and even a week later. That was last October, and we are still using them in our home for b-weekly cleanings. The price is right and it certainly frees up the new mom who works full time. Thanks to Steve and the crew!

We have been very happy clients of Welcome Home Cleaning Company for the past 3.5 years. I have two young boys, a cat and German Shepherd and Stephen and his team work magic for a reasonable price on our home. This is the first time ever I have had consistency with a cleaning company. They are conscientious and meticulous, and even 3 years in Stephen regularly checks in to be certain I am 100% satisfied with the service. On the very, very rare occasion something was missed he was quick to correct it. The new carpet cleaning offering is absolutely incredible. I was certain we would have to replace our formerly off white carpet that was covered in pet stains, and in one sessions it looks like new! I recommend them without hesitation and enthusiastically!

They are thorough and reliable. The attention to detail and care they put into cleaning our home exceeded my expectations and they are reasonably priced Just as important, they are easy to contact, very responsive, and communication is excellent.
