In one word: Inconsistent. Some days they clean ok at best, others they dont even touch the kitchen table nor the cabinets. Some days they show up at 10AM and some days they dont show up at all. When they came for their initial estimate, I heard about how wonderful it would be. We had the "Deep Clean" done on the initial day. They did not do a deep clean, but we did pay for it. The next week, even the cleaning crew that came said there was no way a deep clean was done. I will happily pay more to have the job done right but I am not paying for spot cleaning. We have tried several weeks to give it a chance and we have talked to them about the bad experience we have had. It was just a bad experience overall.

I received a $100 gift certificate from my father for this place. There is no expiration date on it anywhere. I called today to use it and was told they expire after a year. Not very professional. Take a lesson in customer service.....I would have spent more $$ if they went over the gift certificate amount, so you just lost a customer a possible future customer and got a bad review because you were unwilling to be flexible.....hope it was worth it!
