We have employed Maid Brigade for many years, so obviously the satisfaction level has been generally good. When the ladies leave, the house looks beautiful as far as general appearance (carpets, floors, bathrooms, etc) are concerned, but if I look too closely , the job is not usually what I would call deep cleaning. Room corners and the tops of high mirrors (as examples) are never completed thoroughly and accumulate dirt as the weeks go by. We continue to employ them for the friendliness of the crews and the excellent customer service in the office and because I would rather have them clean my house than do it myself. They are very flexible if changes need to be made in the schedule. Maid Brigade is also the only maid service we have used on a regular basis, so I have no way to compare it to others in the area.

I started with Maid Brigade of WC almost a year ago. I started with 1x/month cleaning just to try them out as I never had a cleaning service before....Im VERY particular about cleaning. My biggest concerns were my baseboards as I HATE cleaning them. The 1st few times my team was here, I did a white glove test to make sure things were clean....they passed! I then increased my service to 2x/month. Even in the cold, icy months, a team was able to get here. Karen and her staff are friendly and VERY easy to contact. I like them so much, they now clean my business 2x/month and several of my customers have started using Maid Brigade. A side note, as an animal mom, I am NEVER concerned about the chemicals they use becasue they are ALL safe for my kids! Give them a call for a FREE estimate...you have nothing to lose!

I started using Maid Brigade over a year ago and I love it - they were the most affordable of the companies I got pricing from, and I didnt feel like I was getting a schwarmy sales pitch when they came over for their consultation visit. Their communications are often and perfectly timed, and theyre so easy to work with. I was amazed by our first cleaning - I didnt realize my house could look that good. I love the team that cleans our home, their little touches (folding our toilet paper, making tissue roses, arranging my daughters stuffed animals on her bed) make the service so worth it and feel so personal. Highly recommend!!

We have been very happy with the Maid Brigade. They are always prompt and efficient. We have had two different teams over the years and both sets of cleaners have done an excellent job. If there are ever any problems, and there have been few in the five years weve used Maid Brigade, they are resolved quickly whether on their end or mine. They have had to work around bathroom remodeling and outside roadwork and landscaping. Communication has never been a problem. I highly recommend their services.

Very good cleaning outfit at a reasonable price. We love the fact that the same team of ladies comes every time; they get to know your house, and you as well. Maid Brigade is fabulous. I have been using them for almost 4 years now. The staff is always incredibly professional and tries to accommodate any special requests. Once, a baby monitor wire was damaged during a cleaning, and without any hassle, I was appropriately reimbursed. The maids are also very friendly and punctual - a bonus.

The vacuum patterns on the stairs and risers, the couches and under the bed and bedroom furniture, really show the attention to detail. Find the cleaning to be hit-or-miss. Sometimes, there are obvious misses, items not dusted, floor not cleaned, toilet not thoroughly cleaned, and yet other times, the cleaning seems fairly thorough. Most often, however, there are some misses.
