As part of dusting the outlet covers, the cleaning folks remove plugs from the walls. Unfortunately, this included my internet connection which required me to spend a significant amount of time reconnecting the various devices that run on the internet. After the first time they did this, I asked the folks who came the second time (who were different from the folks who came the first time), to make sure it didnt happen again. However, the third group that came in (who were different from the first two) removed the plug again. When I called the manager to complain, she became agitated and defensive instead of checking into the problem. Additionally, the last group of cleaners did not dust the piano and other items.

MaidPro was my first maid service Ive used and couldnt be happier. I wasnt able to make it home in time for their first visit but everything was taken care of, cleaned and completed the way I asked before they came out. Having time back from cleaning our house is more than worth the cost, and the service is great. Look forward to more visits.
