MaidPro has had such a positive impact on my life. We recently moved into a much larger home and with a full-time job, keeping up with it was getting to be a challenge. Karen has become my right hand - someone I count on to keep on top of things - allowing me to focus on spending time with my family. I used to spend hours getting ready for company and overnight guests stressed me out. Since I have used MaidPro, we frequently have company at a moments notice, but I am no longer running around to get things done at the last minute. Calling MaidPro was the best idea I had in a long time!!!

MaidPro does an absolutely phenomenal job. Their customer service is great, and so are the people who clean. If there is anything that is unsatisfactory, they will send someone back to re-clean that area, but most of the time their employees do an incredible job. The woman that comes to clean my house goes above and beyond. If I dont want her to clean a certain room, she will spend time cleaning another area thats not normally on the list. This is the best cleaning company I have ever used.

I cannot say enough about this company. They are the best, and Ive tried many others. The young women who come to my home always know exactly the way I want things, they are so nice and sweet and truly care about their work. I get the feeling they are valued and respected by their employer. They even do extra things without being asked, just because the see something needs doing. You cant go wrong with these people.

I had monthly house cleans done that for the most part were always good. There was a different team for almost every clean. Unfortunately, I had at least 3 instances where service was cancelled the day of the scheduled clean which was inconvenient. For that reason, I do not think I will be using them anymore.

I have been using Maid Pro since we moved in to our new home about 9 months ago. Love their services. We have two LARGE dogs (lots of dog hair). Ashley is great at cleaning , and loves my big hairy dogs (and they think she is pretty great, too---complete with "puppy treats").
