I do not recommend Busy Bee Cleaning. They use feather dusters, it just moves the dust around and then they can finish more quickly, but I pay same no matter how long they stay. Started off decent, but spent less and less time. I now have a new cleaning arrangement and they do not use feather dusters, they wipe with a clean damp cloth, it captures the dust, Now spending less money than Busy Bee and I am happier. Also it was gross always have to move our toothbrushes day before because they moved them on top of the toilet while they wiped the sink, and used the same sponge to wipe the toilet and then the sink, faucet and handles.Tipping helped but I realized that I was adding an extra $50 to already expensive $292 each cleaning. Busy Bee Cleaning Company in Downingtown PA is too expensive and they do not clean well .

Busy Bee advertises that they serve Delaware County (and even Ardmore specifically), but when I reached out for an estimate, I received a reply saying they dont serve my area and tha were too far from their office... They recommended I find a "professional and reputable company" and I agree - Ill find someone that isnt making false claims in their advertising. ***Follow up - I received a call from the owner a day after posting my review. Rather than apologize and follow up on my request for an estimate, the owner told me he doesnt see the situation the same way. He went on to say they have business in the area and said I must have received the wrong reply. He was pretty short with me, which is surprising for a local small business owner. But, if it was a mistake, why get so defensive?

It is almost 2 years since I discovered the magic of the Busy Bee Cleaning Company. At the time we were readying our home of 28 years for sale and I desperately needed to get the house in "sample home" clean. A 4 person team arrived promptly at the appointed time and in less than 2 hours had the entire house sparkling. The house sold 3 days later for asking price, thanks to their hard work. Since then the same crew has maintained our new home. They always arrive smiling and on time, and consistently do an EXCELLENT job. I had busy bee do a deep clean of my house after we moved. I had requested specific areas to be addressed (windows, refrigerator, kitchen cabinets) along with assumed areas (bathroom, tub etc). In general, it was a good clean (hardwood floors and bathrooms), but not a great deep clean. I had to wipe the windows down, clean the freezer, clean certain baseboards (especially ones that were behind beds), wipe down outlets that were hidden behind furniture. I did speak with the owner of the company and he did apologize but he stated human error is to be expected. Overall, I would assume they do a good job of regular cleanings, but I would not recommend them for deep cleanings.

We have used Busy Bee as our cleaning company ever since I went back to work about 7 years ago. They do a great job, and are always reliable, consistent, and courteous. I feel secure knowing that they are an established company and that they always send a team of people. The office personnel are easy to talk to and quick to return calls. I get an automated email after every cleaning asking for feedback, and on the two occasions where I supplied a comment (one complimentary, and one with a request) I received a prompt follow-up phone call from the manager in response. Overall we are very happy with Busy Bee and highly recommend them!
