Ok, so here it is. My boyfriend sent MaidPro to my house as a surprise,like some guys send flowers he sent a cleaning service! Let me tell you men, this is what the ladies want, we want help, we want one less thing to worry about doing in our busy lives.Great gift idea for your special girl,all her friends will love you and all their husbands will hate you! lol When I came into my home after Theresa was finished cleaning, I couldnt believe how clean and fresh everything was! The house smelled clean for days after! I didnt know a house could smell clean days later with 3 kids and 2 dogs! lol I have had local cleaning ladies in the past but there is a huge difference between them and what you get using MaidPro. The little things they do to add the personalized touch. The little candy left behind with the check list of all the places they cleaned. My kids love the little flower the make with the tissues in the bathroom, they will put fresh bedding on and make your beds perfectly! I get so excited on my cleaning day, the only thing that has disappointed me about MaidPro is I cant have them come everyday! Great owners, who follow up to ensure your satisfied. if your looking for a clean home, look no more its right here....love it!!

I have always been hesitant in getting a cleaning service. You worry whether it will "be good enough" or whether you can trust the person. I did some searching and decided to try Maidpro. Why not? Stu was very nice, professional and accommodating. I had two girls for my initial clean, and I was very pleased. Everything was immaculate, done the way I would want it done. I ended up getting the same girl every week, Jennifer. She is just fabulous. She has been there a half dozen times now, and I am so thankful to have found such a wonderful service. She cleans my toaster oven which I never thought to clean, vacuums extra areas, is sweet with my family, and with my dogs (I have three). I can trust her which is a big plus, she is reliable, and she does a superb job. I am fussy, and I just do not have the time to do it myself. She has made such a difference in the way I am able to spend my time, and I am very thankful. They always follow-up on my service, and make sure I am satisfied. Like I said, I have always been hesitant in the past, and coming from a clean freak that just doesnt have much time, I would highly, highly recommend this company, and especially Jen, to anyone.

Recently had our first visit from the staff at MaidPro and must say we were duly impressed. We are both busy professionals and I travel a fair amount, so between not being home, and life in general, we found ourselves in need of help! An internet search led me to MaidPro - and while I didnt care for the corporate push before we committed, once we started working with the local area owner, Stu, things were much improved. We received a call before the cleaning from Stu to go over all of the services and what would happen, and given a window of 9:30-11:30 am for their arrival. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived at 8:45 am...early! I was expecting a cable-guy type wait. They came in and went straight about their business while I worked from home (not being on the road is nice). When they got to the upstairs, we simply switched places. During the duration of their visit, both girls were very quiet, polite, and professional. The house was as clean as when we moved in! Stu addressed all questions and concerns we had, before and after the visit. We are set up for a monthly service and feel that the service you get for the money you spend is well worth it.

We just had our 2nd bi-weeekly cleaning and have been very pleased with all aspects of the service. I completed and on-line request form on Maid Pros website and received a call from a new account representative from Maid Pros corporate headquarters within an hour. Holly, the new account rep, explained the service and answered all questions I had. After deciding to sign up for bi-weekly service, Stu, the owener of the Bethelhem, PA location, called to thank me and was able to accomodate my request for the first cleaning to occur on a Saturday when I could be home to meet the cleaner who would be assigned to my account. Kristina has been very polite and professional and has done an excellent job so far. We are very happy with the service and would definitley recommend Maid Pro of Bethlehem.

Maidpro is such an amazing company to work with! They make it so easy to get a quote and change a quote to begin with and are very excited about working with you from the start! I was so happy to find the best cleaning service in the Lehigh Valley area and it was an absolute pleasure working with them. I was extremely pleased with the attention to detail the Maidpro team took while cleaning and am excited about continuing to work with Maidpro. Definitely worth it and I would recommend it to anyone.

Maid pro has been cleaning our home for over a year. Isabella (for about 6 months) does a fabulous job for us. She cleans all levels and surfaces and behind headboards and under the beds when the vacuum cleaner she has will fit under the bed. Isabella goes out of her way to please and never waists time! Stu, an owner, is also wonderful to work with. He works hard to be sure he can accommodate us when we travel and need out cleaning schedule revised. Thank you, Stu and Isabella!!!

Maid pro has been keeping our home sparkling for about three years now and we are very pleased with the service and with our Pro, Bruna. Bruna always gets the job done, works hard and has a very pleasant personality. Maid pro is easy to work with and they are always cooperative when we need to change schedules (vacations, etc.) or when we wish to schedule an extra cleaning (around the Holidays, etc.). The price is good and the service is great.

I knew nothing about MaidPro and just recently called for a quote. I liked what I heard so I signed up and just had my first house cleaning. I was amazed at how thorough and professional they are. The house is spotless. Not a single area was missed . The service at my house was perfect and their office is professional and prompt. I went out on a limb in trying MaidPro since I did not know anyone that used them but I am very happy that I did!

After trying two other cleaning services and being unhappy with the quality of work, we decided to give MaidPro a try. We are so happy we did! The girls are prompt, professional, courteous and thorough! I gave my home the "white glove" test after they left, and they passed with flying colors. We recently moved to the Lehigh Valley and searched online for a cleaning service... MaidPro had good reviews and we decided to give it a try. We have been very pleased with the service. The lady who comes to our house (always the same one) is quiet, polite, and thorough. The couple who manage MaidPro check in after each cleaning to make sure I am satisfied with the service. It has been about three months now, and I am very happy.
