Love, love, LOVE this place!!! All the coaches are not only very knowledgeable but also care about your goals and scale the exercises in a way its challenging but not impossible. I look forward to my workouts everyday, they are fun, extenuating, sweaty, painful (in a good way) and the closest you can get to personal coaching without paying those high prices. I finish every workout with a sense of accomplishment and I can see it on my wardrobe already, everything fits better. Ive only been going there for 2 months but I already feel like a million bucks, the results I have achieved in this very small time would had taken me a year at least in a regular gym. I cannot imagine anything but crossfit skylands when I think about fitness. Thank you Melissa, Patrick, Theresa, Mike and Annie. Love you guys!!!
