Great family owned gym. Has everything I need and more...what other gym in the area has a dodge ball arena!? Clean and well organized facility operated by one of the most humble gym owners Ive ever met. Very friendly staff and rarely gets over crowded unlike most of the gyms in the area (yea, Im putting you on blast Crunch and Planet Fitness). I highly recommend checking this place out
