Pennington Crossfit is run by an awesome team of partners who have created an outstanding experience. They offer a ton of classes and the box is large and well equipped. The instructors are enthusiastic, well trained, and run efficient classes. Its a friendly, competitive experience with students ranging in age from 18 - 67. Its the central part of my exercise routine.
