this place has very easily become a third home to me, apart from my actual house and my job. I usually go every morning before work and shower at the facility after the workout. The instructors are great and they love to teach. if you trust and listen to them, youre guaranteed NOT to get injured. if youre considering crossFit training but have never done it before or never even wen to a gym before, I strongly recommend giving this place a shot, especially since it is still very new they are used to finding the comfort levels with newer athletes. not to mention all of the athletes themselves cheer each other on during the workouts, its a very positive environment, if youre a beginner, all you have to do is show up with a smile and be ready and willing to learn and I can guarantee youll have a great time. not to mention their is a goal board to help remind you of why youre doing it whether youre goal is to just exercise once a month or lift 300 pounds over your head, the instructors will push you to achieve your goals
