I have been at MPR since November of 2015. I was an athlete growing up and played baseball from age 4-25 but never dived into the martial arts world even though it interested me a ton. I finally decided to try out the muay thai and jiu jitsu classes through the free trial and right away fell in love. I promise that you cannot get a better cardio workout that uses every muscle in your body, including ones you did not know you had, while doing any of the martial arts. The instructors are literally world class and always take the time to help with the complexity of all of the arts without any frustration or hesitation. My Dad, who is 55, just started the Muay Thai program and he is absolutely in love with it. I focus most of my attention on Jiu Jitsu but try to get as much wrestling, judo, and muay thai in as I can. I am not lying when I say that this place changed my life and changed the way I handle pressure filled situations, stress, and frustration. You will not regret coming in and trying it out and you will definitely leave feeling like a million bucks. Maybe have the Advil ready the morning after your first workout because youll definitely be sore but in the best way possible.

If you want to get in shape, learn a new skill, continue training in jiu jitsu, boxing, sambo, judo, or yoga, this is the place to be. There is over a century of experience in this state of the art gym. If you are new to any of the sports or a seasoned veteran, the experience counts but it is really the community that the owner builds around it that keeps you coming back for more and progressing. MPR has hobbyists, professionals, adamant competitors and an amazing Dynamite Ninjas program all under one roof. The members are supportive, friendly and humble. The instructors are patient and true artists of their crafts. Remember once you are done being tossed around and picking up some phenomenal self-defense skills the Rogue Yoga Program is a fantastic way to begin and end the week, keeping your body injury free, building muscle and establishing peace of mind. All you have to do is come in and you will understand why MPR Endurance is loved throughout the martial arts community and a leader in the Bucks County area.

As a 43 year guy who was not in the best shape and had some medical issues, i was nervous when I started muay thai at MPR but after the first day i went in i expressed to erik purcell that i loved muay thai but had concerns about being out shape and some other things and he told me something to the effect of dont worry, we definitely want people here that love the sport and want to be here after that I had zero concerns and couldnt wait to get started. Also coach charlie run a great class he pushes us physically, but also he is thorough in explaining everything from proper clinch, kicking, striking, and foot work, to the correct way to stretch before working out. And almost always fits in some core/cardio rounds. Bottom line when I leave MPR I feel satisfied, worked out, and like I learned something new. Thats definitely a plus in my book.

As a long time martial artist and BJJ black belt, I have come across many good training centers and bad ones. MPR is by far one of the better places that I get to train at regularly. The main reason is because its run by Erik Purcell, someone who is a true martial artist and runs this primarily for his love of the martial arts. They have top notch instructors in all of the arts from Muay Thai, kick boxing, Wrestling, Sambo, yoga and Jiu Jitsu. Youll feel like part of the family as soon as you walk in. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. They offer something for everyone, from the beginner to the professional athletes. You are doing yourself a disservice by not stopping by to train with this team.

Coming into MPR for the first time I did not know what to expect. Was it a humble atmosphere, were the people friendly, and most important to me were the teachers knowledgeable. I came to find all was true. Everyone I encountered was pretty laid back, welcoming and very knowledgeable in their area of expertise. You dont have to take my word for it, google them or ask around and you will come to find out how true my review is. The facility is very clean, spacious and fully equip for whatever you want to do. I love their classes for basic fundamental learning and their competition hours for those who want to compete. Their kids program is amazing. If I had kids, that would be the first place I would bring them.

Mpr is an awesome place. There is nothing but excellence for every level offered. If you are looking for fitness or to be a professional fighter they provide you with excellence. It is a place of respect for each other and progress at all levels. The teachers are the best you will find with skills, experience and care to take you beyond your goals if you want to. There is a mix of ages and abilities but I love all the high level people that show theres always more to learn and pass on. Its become family. Jiu jitsu, Mui tai, wrestling, boxing, mma, and fitness camps. Great new facility and the owner is amazing- You wont be sorry and its worth the drive if youre not local!

I have been coming to MPR for almost 2 years and it has exceeded everything I have ever wanted in a training facility. I am a beginner at Yoga and now that MPR has Erin as our instructor I am ecstatic! She is so informative and creates a great atmosphere that allows you to refocus and recharge for the rest of your day. I highly recommend anyone interested in started yoga or who is experienced and looking for a new place to try MPR. A great instructor, with a great environment where you can make some great friends inside a great facility!

I have trained across the country at dozens of Jiu Jitsu dojos and MMA academies, however I have yet to find another school like MPR that encompasses the entire world of Mixed Martial Arts so well. Erik Purcell does a wonderful job breaking down high level techniques and makes them easy to learn for all skill levels. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone out there, from beginner to professional. Whether you want to learn jiu jitsu, striking, wrestling, or even just get in shape, MPR is the spot.

MPR leaves me with no excuses. I am able to get in anytime during normal business hours and get training of some sort done. The classes are great. The instructors invest in your development. If I cant make a class there is someone there I can drill or spar with. If there is no one else there I can hit a bag or use the workout area. My 7yr old daughter is in the Ninjas program and I can train while she is in class. I have no excuses to not improve myself at MPR.

MPR Endurance is awesome. Ive mostly taken the Muay Thai classes. Charlie is a professional quality instructor. He pushes his classes hard but makes it fun at the same time. The other classes are great as well. One thing that I love about MPR is that there is a variety of people training there... from serious, competition-quality fighters to complete beginners. No matter who you are you can train at MPR and pursue your goals.
