i broke down on rt 80 w bound after spending a night at the marriot the following day i was recomended to west 10 tires my car was dead and i was stranded west 10 sent me a tow truck towed my car to there shop and discovered i had a blown fuel pump. mind you i have a 2000 chevy camaro to get to the fuel tank they had to cut off the muffler and remove the rear axle i forgot the gentlemens name who worked on my car but he was an older man white hair very nice hard working guy he took my car apart and put it back together knowing i had to get back home to nyc that night well he suceeded in doing this which was a very big job i would like to recomend anyone to west 10 tires the gentlemen who fixed my car plus john and james and another gentleman were all very helpfull in getting me back on the road and knowing how upset i was they also made me laugh and helped me charge my cell phone that whole crew were great i want to thank you all ................................. nick 2k chevy camaro (fuel pump)

My wife came in for 2 tires and they put the wrong size on her car. In 2 weeks she had one of the other tires go flat and she went to Walmart. The technician found that West 10 Discount tire put the wrong sized tires on her car! She had them dismounted with under 300 miles on them, got 4 new tires at Walmart, came back to West 10 tire with the incorrect tires, and they would not and could not consider some sort of compensation for now useless tires that they put on her car. Stay clear of these guys!

Ive taken my familys cars to West 10 for well over a decade. We used to see them when they were in Mine Hill, as A-1. They were excellent then, and theyre every bit as good now. Weve had them work on older cars (89 Honda), and newer cars, and they do it all well. They do good work, and are honest, reasonably priced, and timely. Ive recommended them to any number of friends and co-workers, and have never heard of anything except good results. We trust these folks totally!

ran over a piece of metal, had the car towed to their shop. they immediately wanted me to purchase a new tire. they stated is was unsafe. I took the tire to Quality Discount Tire in Randolph. they fixed the tire. their policy is not to sell up.... West 10 charged me $11 to take the tire off and look at it, to determine, they wanted more of my money! Dont go here! rude, and greedy

Quick service and I trust them with my car. Just be prepared to have them try to sell you on more then you showed up for. I have been told everytime that I need a new air filter even when I had replaced it 5 weeks earlier. Keep your own record of your maintainence schedule or you may get talked into unnecessary expenses.

Super quick Oil Change. $32.00 for an oil change, the do a quick inspection, check your fluids and also give you a choice of scents. I just wish they were open later during the week. They are only open until 6 and its difficult to make it here after work.
