We started having our autos serviced by John about 8 or so years ago when he had his business in Dover, NJ. We were always more than satisfied with the quality, price, and promptness of his service. When he moved his business to Hopatcong, we decided to stay with John, TRUST is the most important quality when dealing with any business. So, we go out of our way to schedule maintenance and any unexpected concerns to call John and "get in" as early as he can fit us in to his work schedule. This happened today, when out daughter arrived here in NJ from VA with her family and told me she heard "all kinds of noises" in her car. I called John and he said to bring the auto in (on Saturday, Dec 27, 2014) so he could diagnose the problems. By mid afternoon today, he repaired what had to be done promptly, and billed me a fair price; My daughter and her family will be returning to VA later this weekend. Charlie Keller, Rockaway Twp, NJ

I highly suggest taking your car to Advanced Car Care!!! My car had been looked at by my husband, my father, and 2 others mechanics before going to ACC none of them could figure out the problem. John at ACC found and fixed the problem and took it for multiple test drives to make sure that it was fixed properly. The mechanics at the dealership tried to convince me that I should just buy a new car. John not only fixed the problem but saved me thousands of dollars! Save yourself the headache, time, and money. It is hard to find a good, honest auto mechanic these days, so I was pleasantly surprised with the service and price I received on my Mercedes at Advanced Car Care. John was very knowledgable on the issues with my car, and did an excellent job fixing them while keeping me informed on the progress. Absolute liars. They glued my exhaust and told me they welded it and the said they replaced my air filter but that was a farce. These guys care obout taking as much money from you as possible. Go somewhere else.
