If they had zero stars.... Came in at 3pm to tire center located in Hamilton store in New Jersey to have four used tires mounted and balanced, they took my keys stated they willl call me and gave me a little ticket so I went shopping. After two hours and still no phone call went to subway located in store and had lunch with my wife after lunch 2:20 minutes into our shopping spree I received phone call asking me if Im sure if I want to have tires installed because they charge a lot of money for mounting balancing and new valves I said yes and I proceeded to tire center to find my car still sitting outside where I left it. At this point the only mechanic that was there stated that he is the only person there and that four people called out. I sat down in waiting area so they knew I was waiting and waiting already for long time. 5 minutes later mechanic told me that there is damage under my car and that he will not lift my car and he is unable to install my tires. I told him Im aware about damage and told him its ok. Few minutes later he came back and told me that its walmarts policy not to install used tires. I told him that nobody told me they dont install used tires. At this point almost three hours of waiting they said they will put them on. After 5 minutes tech came back and stated that one tire was previously repaired with patch and its walmart policy not to install repaired tires. At this point I was tired and agrivated and asked for store manager. Young fella behind desk told me its not his problem that they dont install used tires and i asked why they waited 3 hours to tell me that. When manager showed up she told me its Walmart policy not to install used or repaired tires at this point I asked her to show me policy, she looked on computer and called other stores to find nothing I told her that in this time she wasted she would have me out of the door and she could be taking care of other 3 customers thatb were waiting to be taken care of after me. Very upset that I wasted 3 hours of my time I payed for things I shopped for which I should have left everything behind after unpleasant experience and went to local mavis tire where they not only installed my tires but also gave me free alignment after they heard my unpleasant customer service experience I had at Walmart. Manager was very unprofessional and she could barely speak English after she got nervous about situation, tech at tire shop had to work plain to me what she said and at the same time he told me he is quitting in two months and he doesnt care that I dont have my tires installed. Clearly there is no policy and clearly customer service does not exist in your Hamilton no store because manager doesnt care, guy behind counter its not his problem and tech is quitting in two months anyway so your customers can waste 3 hours for their life and receive worst shopping experience ever, will make sure not to shop Walmart and I will make sure to tell everybody i know about my night mare, thanks Walmart

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are lazy and do not care if they provide service or not. Like a previous reviewer said, they will turn away customers because of staffing issues. Purchased a full set of new tires from Wal-Mart in March 2016 with the warranty. Within less than 3 months, 2 tires have gone flat on the highway due to something like a nail in the road. The first tire was patched by Wal-Mart with no issue. In the second instance, my flat occurred on NJ Turnpike with no shoulder to drive on. A cop pulled behind me and blocked traffic and made me pull up pass the overpass so I could be off the highway. I had my 5 children in the car and a friends daughter. We were in such a bad spot that they towed us off the highway to have the tire changed. So yes, I had to drive on the flat to get to a safe spot (per the officer). Wal-Mart will not honor their warranty and is forcing us to pay a prorated cost for the tire to be replaced. In all the years of purchasing tires from various sources, never have I had 2 flats within such a short period of time. Im done with them. I refuse to get my tires from here ever again.

this place is the worst. Ive been coming here for a while to get my car service here, I even referred my sister and my mom at this location. But the yesterday I encountered the cashier named Joshua in the tire department who was really rude to me and acted like he did not want to come to work that day, he seemed like could not wait to get rid of the customers in front of him so he could returned to his office to do god knows what. He showed no sort of care in world for providing a positive customer experience. Safe to say I will not be coming back to this walmart. I dont know how walmart is still in business with these kind of customer service they have been providing. These employees are the worst.

Went 2 times trying to get a simple oil change. The first time, after the attendant told the person in line in front of me to go to BJs, they told me that they didnt have enough workers come in to work that day, so they said it would be four hours until they got a chance to look at my car. I just said, whatever I will come back some time. The second time, they couldnt find the desk attendant, so there was a line of waiting customers. But after two hours of waiting they finally looked at my car, but determined that they could not find the correct oil filter and said I should try somewhere else. The whole tire & lube section needs an employee makeover. And I never got the oil change.

Came in to replace a driver front side tire that had a slow leak. Managed to run over on my lunch break and explained I have to commute everyday, I just needed one new tire installed. I knew it wasnt new the second I saw it, being in a rush on my lunch break I had to get back. It was almost flat the next day. They didnt even change my tire let alone fix it, and kept me here for an hour. ( doing what???) it was flat again the next day, a slow leak. Infuriated. Ill be back tomorrow for an "explanation"

Always get my oil changed on my Acura and now my Honda Odyssey at this location. Larry at the T&L express is very courteous and customer focused. Edward, changed oil and mounted my new tires without a problem. Explained the work he had done... Everything was smooth... I am not expecting any issues. They were short staffed a bit, it appeared. Overall a positive experience.

Wanted a simple oil change and went on my lunch break. Guy said it was going to take an hour and half because someone in front of me needed a bunch of things done! Will instead stick with jiffy lube.

Prices are decent, and they arent trying to sell you anything. Everything else, not so good. You can feel the apathy.
