Today I went just to get an oil change. I bought a groupon deal and they were nothing but rude from the time I walked in the door. While trying to redeem my groupon he said I had bought the wrong one which I paid 16.99 for. The guy (ralph) said he was just take that off the price which made ZERO sense because the whole point of buying the groupon deal was to get 50 percent off. Ralph told me I was confused as to how groupon work. Even though ive been using groupon for 7 years. lol He was trying to charge me 42 dollars plus the 17 I already paid making my oil change (59 dollars) it was just a mess. Anywho when my car came in the shop they told me my car didnt have any oil in it, so they couldnt do an oil change. The guy in the garage was really nice and understanding and suggested that if I signed a paper basically taking any responsibility away from Sears to change my oil he would be happy to do it. When I went inside the shop Ralph said "Welp, Sorry but we cant help you. We want no parts of your car if its running like that." I laughed and asked his name which he refused to give me 3 times. I took my car down the street and got an oil change and my car is running great. I will never go to Sear Auto Center again and Ive told about 25 people of the terrible experience I had.

It sucks, do not go at all. I went there at first, they checked break for me, and say it will cause me 400 for fixing small problem that wont even be big at all, so i waited, but weeks later my window rolled down, and wouldnt roll up, and my break is making a sound that i think this is time to fix it. I told them to close the window, and fix the break about the problem they told me last. When my husband took the car home, not only they didnt fix the problem of my break, but they just used MY duck tape teped it, which will make it very hard to clean, and they charged another 16 to check the break again. Said there is nothing wrong with it. I went back there, the manager was very un knowledgeable, he doesnt answer my question with any explanation, very unfriendly to me, only say the recipe didnt show they did anything to my window, so they are not responsible for it, when i asked why they have to checked it again, he had no answer for it, and said i didnt have all the paper, which what i had is all my husband gave to me. My husband wouldnt lie to me just over a stupid paper. I asked why wouldnt he just look up in the computer, he just stood therr with" uh, well, that....." very unprofessional, and unfriendly when you have a problem.

When it comes to troubled situations the customer service is the worstest. I spend 4 hours due to staffs failure and nobody even apologize. Evenmore the manager doesnt understand what customer service is. He told me that I have to pay no matter what the reason is for payment: me, staff mistakes, autoparts provider failure. I am definitely gonna change car maintenance provider. Shame on Sears Auto Center in Mays Landing. Such businesses ruin the american style of life. Its really sad...

I will never ever take my car here again.....back in March I went to get new tires and and alignment and was told my rear passenger rim was bent and was told I must replace them... which left my car rattling before I reach 60mph....months later I went to a mechanic and we both looked at all 4 rims and not one rim was bent so I was lied to by SEARS!!! Come to find out they didnt align that one will I dont recommend Sears at all....

Just horrible. I spent $900 on new tires, alignment, balances, and they screwed up. After driving it down to TN, the car start to shake like crazy. Now i jave to take it again back to them, but here. I will go else where. Just stay away and save your money, find someone else to do it.

This place is a Rip off!! They Mark up prices for parts 3 times of cost. They quoted me $700 to do complete rear brake job on my f150. I bought all the parts for under $200 and had it done in a half hour. I wouldnt recommend these scam artist to my worst enemy!!

Got upgraded to better tires when the tires I chose wound up being defective. Not too bad. Many shops would have just put cheaper tires on and then told me that I saved money that way. I would rather pay the same, and get better tires.

Called three times to assure they had the tire I needed replaced in stock. Waited two hours for them to tell me that they dont have the tire and they cant even order it. They tried to make it right, but still a waste of my morning..

Walked in to try to get a simple oil change and a turn signal bulb replaced. I was told to call and make an appointment because they were short staffed.
