I am disappointed from what they did today I made an appointment for my clutch fluid change for today and then I went there I read the form says brake fluid blah blah I told them twice i said I need clutch fluid change and the person says "its the same" so i thought about since the brake fluid and clutch use the same fluid so I said "ok" and then I sign the form and went to chick-fil-a half an hour for snacks when I came back wow its done already they did my alignment and clutch service that quick ok great! (i purchased lifetime alignment from them last year) so when I check the clutch fluid its still dark there is nothing change I complained about it the person says they did my brake fluid what! i already change my break fluid 2 weeks ago if u look on the brake reservoir the fluid is clear as brand new.I was mad! even if Its missed understanding WHY would they fix it if its not broken they dont have to charge me and say oh ur brake fluid is good. these people is a thief! they eat ur money! I knew they did not do anything on my brake because i did that before i came to them and they just charge me $90 for nothing! Now they apologized they did my clutch service without any cost when I checked their work there are a lot of brake fluid spilled around the reservoir.the brake fluid can damages ur car components thats true! They didnt even put the Nipple cap back on its horrible! some poeple dont check their work at all just take the keys and go ull get robbed!

STAY AWAY from this place! I wish I could give "no star". My husband took a car to this location for the front brakes estimate. Although we had made an appointment in advance he spent over an hour just to hear an estimate that was outrageous! I had my car at the dealership yesterday for 30000 mile service and the mechanic kept talking about the great condition my car was in. The only thing he suggested was to replace the front brake pads as they were getting thin. Even the rotors did not have to be machined. I had had a great experience with another Firestone location before so I decided to take the car to the Firestone in EHT. Needless to say that after a prolonged wait we were told that the rotors had to be replaced along with the pads and all the break fluids! We were priced around $400 for all that plus they had also suggested changing the battery, which made it nearly $600! Hello - the car has 30000 miles on it! The verdict is - unprofessional stuff that tries to rip you off! Stay away; take your car, time and money some other place!!

UNPROFESSIONAL & UNSAFE. Bunch of unprofessional people. Polite, friendly but absolutely negligent service. Came with the problem of noise during high speed driving heard from back wheels - they suggested to take care of front wheels and fuel system cleaning (>600$). Luckily made safe 300 miles trip, after which noise become terrible. Got service from SEARS - both BACK bearings were barely alive. I WILL NEVER COME BACK and RECOMMEND Firestone at this location BECAUSE THERES NO MORE ANY TRUST IN them. Thanks for reading. Baseline: Firestone is the business you CAN NOT TRUST. They make mistakes and put you through customer service BS.

Be aware...I went there in the winter for them to simply install new battery...which they did. I asked them to check the alternator (which I knew was on its last leg)... When went to pick up at 5pm, they said the alternator was fine . But the killer was that they suggested the serpentine belt be replaced... which is a $25 part and 5 min of labor that your grandma can do, and they had the audacity to say their charge would be $125. I have no respect for a place like this ... I feel bad for the trusting folks who have no recourse but to accept what ever they want to charge you. P.s. - I later installed a new alternator & belt myself.

SO FAR SO GOOD. I came in for a wheel baring that was driving me nuts and making me nervous, they fixed the issue the same day. they also did a complete check on my whole car. I went back for an oil change, leak fix, and belt. As for their prices they have been good for me. There were a few things like my drivers side window motor and regulator part was quoted at 179.99 plus $100+ for labor. Uhmmm Ill pass on that lol. ANYWAY GIVE THEM A TRY THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL

Every time I take my car there i leave with more problems, I even end up adding an extra quart of oil after an oil change, the parts are way too costly and often suggest you fix something thats not necessarily needed to be replaced. They bill you 10 dollars for a computer check while AutoZone will do it for free

A pretty big scam. They have a tendency to tell you what you "need" to fix on your car, but really you dont. I have done this by comparing the estimate on what they were telling me versus the local mechanic I go to all the time just to see the difference, and it was a BIG difference. Dont go to this store!

First of all they lost my only key for my lug nuts and gave me the run around saying they left it in the car inconsistent stories. Then they charged me for tpms kit when i have no sensors to begin with. Not impressed with their honesty.

Dropped my car off for a tire rotation and they said they couldnt find my wheel lock to do the job when the wheel lock was right in my trunk where its kept in a bmw the lock has it own spot how can you miss it lol
