I had an issue with leaking coolant since radiator had recently been replaced thought it might be a bad coolant hose. I had recently learned my daughter was suffering from ovarian cancer at 23 yrs old or i would have gone to my regular shop. Well let me tell you he [ Bob ] told me i needed a new radiator new upper and lower cooling hoses, new belts and brake sensors. He started on the car after calling me i told him to stop as i knew this could not be! Well when i arrived he already had a bill for 3 belts the car only uses 2. Two brake sensors front ,there is only one, Three hoses car only has two upper and lower. We got into a real verbal tussle as i am very familiar with basic auto repair.Bottom line this Bob tried to rip me off big time, and said i could not have my auto back.I protested and said i am calling the police.Attitude changed then. He took ADVANTAGE of my plight [daughters cancer], he knew i needed my car to get back to my sick girl. I would have taken him to court but priorities prevailed. Bob charged for parts not needed ie. one extra belt, one extra brake sensor, extra hose used [wrong size] .Did not need a radiator just a line to coolant to mass air flow module.Bill was reduced 200.00 he knew he was ripping off the wrong person. The Worst---! BUYER BEWARE!! 4.3 stars?? ARE YOU KIDDING!

My husband and I just came from Advantage Auto after a repair of my husbands Kia Sorentos airconditioning system and radiator. Again we are very happy with the service we received and the work that was done by Bob and his staff (our technician today was Jim). Weve been taking our cars to Advantage for a few years now and have always been extremely satisifed with Bobs honesty and empathy and the quality of the work done by Bob and his staff. Jen is great to deal with at the front desk and Bob is never too busy to take our cars and usually our cars are fixed the same day and most importantly the work is done right so we dont have to make repeat trips for the same issue. Bob also alerts us to any potential problems and gives us options so that we can make an informed decision on the repairs that are done. As a result we are loyal customers and will continue to be. I highly recommend Advantage Auto, Bob and his staff to anyone who is looking for a good and honest mechanic. Sincerely, Carolyn Ward

I had a horrible experience with Jiffy-Lube. After an oil change, I was driving home and my engine started smoking and just shut down. Luckily Advantage Auto Repair was the closest shop to my home and was towed there. Bob and his staff were extremely helpful, so much so, that they did all the work with the Jiffy-Lube owner and went to bat for me to get a new engine and have it installed. Not a dime came out of my pocket during this whole ordeal. After that day, I decided to stick with Bob and his team for all my future repairs/maintenance. This is the only place Ive ever brought my car to without thinking Im walking into a snakes den during dinner time. I can always expect a fair price and honest evaluation of my problems and would recommend this place to everyone.

My husband and I have both had our cars serviced at Advantage Auto Repair. Bob and his staff are wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable and fair. They helped get most of the work done on my car through warranty and explained everything that needed to be done before doing the work. They never tried to sell us unwanted extras and didnt find all those phantom problems that seem to crop up every time you take the car to the dealer for repair or service. I will continue to use them for all my service and repair needs and will I confidently recommend them to friends and family as trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable. We need more business like Advantage Auto Repair today when every dollar counts and no one can afford to waste their money on unnecessary or unreliable services.

I have 2006 Honda Pilot that had a check engine light on. I went to multiple places for this issue and the problem never got solved. After hundreds of dollars i was speaking to a friend who takes there car to Advantage Auto Repair. They spoke very highly of them so i decided to give them a try, what would it hurt at this point lol. i contacted there office and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Bob who told me to bring the vehicle down and we will be happy to take a look at it. After they looked it over he found and corrected the issue for me. He stated that it was a small hole in a line under the hood that can trigger the check engine light to come on. i was so greatful with what he found and for a small amount. i think i found a new home to bring my cars.

My 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander was pretty close to being a paper weight. At 116,000 miles it needed suspension work and practically a complete overhaul, which if I took it back to a dealer would have cost me close to $3500. But on the recommendation of my brother and couple of other people, I gave Advantage a call. That was one of the best car related decisions Ive ever made. Bob took my car, did all the work and in three short days gave it back to me running like it was almost brand new and for a fair price. I cant recommend Bob and Advantage Auto enough. If you have a problem with your vehicle, bring it here. You wont regret it.

No stars really....they tried to charge $25 to change a light bulb on my daughters car. When I called to ask them to stop, Bob got on the phone and said it was done. When I tried to talk to him, he got very defensive and nasty. I told him that I would have her pay but I would let people know about his business practices. He then removed the bulb, told my daughter that he thought $15 was a reasonable price and he didnt need business like mine. Then when he handed over the car he told my daughter that he wasnt even going to charge her. Was this supposed to make us feel bad? I think not! The guy is a hot head and over charges!!

A brake light on my mothers car needed to be replaced. Advance Auto Parts, across the street from Advantage, was empty with five employees standing around. They said they would sell us the bulb, but that we would have to replace it ourselves. So, we left there and went across the street to Advantage. Not only did they replace the part, but they did not charge my mother. The people at Advantage were courteous and helpful. We will be taking Moms car to Advantage Auto Repair for any work we need done in the future. Thank you for your help.

My van started leaking antifreeze late Tuesday night. After arranging a tow to the shop for Wednesday morning, Bob and his team quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it to me. He showed me the part that caused the issue and told me the replacement was on its way there. I was back up & running and on my way to work in just 2 hours. I have been having my vehicles repaired at Advantage for many years now and have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who wants reliable, knowledgeable and courteous service.
