I found 84 RV Rentals/Rayewood RV online and following a few phone calls, decided to book our two week trip in a 26 ft. Sun Seeker rental RV from 84 RV Rentals. Barry and Peter and the staff at 84 RV Rentals were very accommodating during our phone conversations and provided me with sufficient information to book the trip. I must mention we were flying from Seattle WA and counting on everything happening as discussed without actually meeting these folks or checking out their operation in person. Let me just say that everything was perfect. There were no surprises, no hidden fees, no bumps in the road whatsoever. The RV was new ( around 4000 miles on it), spotless and ready to roll on our arrival. George spent over an hour getting us up to speed on the operation of the RV and patiently answered all of our questions. By the time he was finished, we felt comfortable taking off and hitting the road. The RV functioned flawlessly. Barry answered his personal phone late one evening when I was struggling with the electric. ( I had forgotten to connect the RV to shore power.) The quality of this organization can be demonstrated by one incident that occurred while we were orienting to the RV before driving away. My son noticed that he had forgotten his IPhone on the van shuttle that we had taken from Newark Airport. Without hesitation, Peter went his office and rang up the Shuttle company advising them to contact their driver to return to our location to bring the IPhone back to us. This was done without our asking and we all breathed a sigh of relief when the driver returned the phone to us. You cannot expect any better customer service than that. Our trip was the highlight of our summer and we hope to do another East Coast adventure next summer. I would not hesitate to do business with 84 RV RENTALS/ Rayewood RV again. I highly recommend 84 RV Rentals and I apologize for taking three months to write this review.

Heres the situation....I live in NH. A few months ago, my college kid and his pals, and some buds of mine decide were insane and dying to get to an event in DE. So being the completely anal retentive, paranoid, Type A, perfectionist surgeon that I am, I do an exhaustive RV search essentially up and down the entire Eastern Seaboard! Many of my inquiries simply went unanswered. Others were horribly lacking in detail. And others just gave me the creeps. I found what I was searching for as it pertained to the quality/amenities of the RV and just as importantly, the customer service component and support - at 84RV Rentals. Weve rented before for tailgates, but not for multi-day trips - and we bumped up to the larger 32 ft - so this seemed somewhat of a daunting proposal. The website and "intro/walk through video" were unique to 84RV and put many of my concerns to rest. Thus far, my interactions with Peter and Barry have been perfect and left me feeling extremely confident in my decision to rent this far away from home (about halfway to our destination) - and other reviews seem to only echo my sentiment. At this point, were just counting the days to get that bad boy and usher in our epic adventure. Ill give a f/u review after our trip with any other recommendations/advice we come up with....but for now at least we know were in good hands w 84RV getting this journey "on the road."

Let me start by saying that I am the type of person who does their research until there is no more research to be done…especially when I will be the one who takes the rap if my wife and family are unhappy. When it came to renting an RV my kids were 100% on board. However, my wife was a different story. She is a city girl and has no interest or desire to engage “camping” in any form. Even after I assured her that 84RV was the best I could find she insisted on speaking to 84RV directly. She spoke with Peter at 84RV and he quickly put her mind at ease when it came to her many questions concerning comfort, safety and reliability of the RV we would be renting. In the end RV84 did not disappoint. Not only did 84RV exceed our expectations on the quality of our rental but also provided 100% transparency with respect to their rental agreement and sincere customer service that gave us confidence the moment began our journey. In the end, my wife enjoyed our trip so much that she recently asked when we will be renting again. In my opinion, this in itself is the best endorsement 84RV could receive. We thank Peter and the staff at 84RV for an experience that satisfied my wife, brought joy to my children and made me look like a hero.

I am going to make this " Short n Sweet " .... The family and I have never been RV Camping before , EVER !!! We decided to give it a try. We called 84 RV, after looking around at a few other rental agencies, in the Northern NJ area. We liked what we saw and read on there Website. I am glad we did !! First of all, The staff. A BIG shout out to Barry and Peter. These two guys really know the meaning of customer relations....They were very friendly and super helpful to me, especially being a rookie to the RV world. They have all the knowledge you need to make your experience as fun and as stress free as possible. So, I ended up renting a 31 footer, along with another couple, who rented there own 31 . Again, I dont know RVs, but I do know quality. Both vehicles performed flawlessly. They were less than a year old and in better shape then half the hotels I have stayed in over the years on family vacations... They, also, have every amenity you need, in these coaches. For about the same price as a nightly rate down the New Jersey Shore, you can have a really great experience with these " suites on wheels ". Pick your destination and .... DONT FORGET TO CALL 84RV !!! Trust me, you will NOT be disappointed.

OMG ...it simply doesnt get better than this!! We loved our rental experience with these guys!! Key points: Extremely professional, a team with genuine pride in maintaining the highest quality offerings in their equipment (so key when you are on the road), thorough - yet simplified in making the rental process easy/convenient with 24/7 support. Barry (the owner) responded by text within minutes whenever we had a question or concern during a holiday weekend!! Our rental with 84 RV and trip was so stellar making such a great impression...its been months and we are still talking about it!! Now that speaks volumes! Barry went above and beyond in making our last minute reservation possible thus allowing for us to create a lifelong memory/highlight for our family, my parents and holiday week. We have rented RVs out west/locally and its been unanimous, that doing business with Barry / 84 RV was so phenomenal, we would always think of them first! Whether its your first time renting (you are in good hands) or seasoned RVer, this place is top-notch and who you want to do business with. Our pictures and memories are a priceless treasures and 84 RV rentals made that possible....Thank you!!
