Our lights went out this morning, but not our electricity. I called Wave and they picked up right away and sent someone out a few hours later. The person I spoke with on the phone and the technician (Nate) were both super nice and helpful, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. It was also nice that they do a safety check around the house before leaving. Im only renting this house, but when I move into a more permanent place I will having Wave come by once a year for a safety check as well as take care of any of our electrical work that we need done.

Were on time and did a decent job. We needed to replace bathroom light fixture and I decided to also replace one cracked electrical outlet. I provided all the hardware. The fixture took about 20-25min and the outlet took about 2-3min. Everything was as expected, but the electrical service seems to be pricey, not sure if just them or in general. I will tell you that I will never pay $85 for 2min of switching a $2 part again. Thats just ludicrous.
