They made changes to my system without notifying me, and when I asked about it they had no answer and said they would call me back. Never did. 2 weeks later they called to get me to sign paperwork to finalize install. I again questioned the changes and was given an answer and was unsure of the validity of it. I told them I would have to get confirmation about the changes from someone else before I signed and was told they would go out and find old equipment that wouldnt look good and put it on my house. A week later they forged my signature and submitted it to try to finalize it with power company. They operate through Sunrun, who I called and was told by them that Kopp would not provide any details.

Ive had a tremendously great experience with Koop Electric, Nick started with an indept summary of the benefits of having solar electric and the cost savings, he layed out the timeline of the install, and all the information he and the owner told were accurate and truthful, Ive never dealt with a company that truly made me feel like they had my best interest at heart.
